I woke up late, at least for me. The clock next to me read 8:42 am. Omg, I have so much to do. I have to check in with SIlveny and Luna, Dad told me to see if I could try to get Verdi to try some of the Elves normal vegetarian food rather than some sort of animal feed. I need to talk to dex about something. Wait what did I need to talk to Dex about? I need to feed iggy. And... I forgot I have to decide. With that on my brain, I quickly changed and went downstairs when I heard voices.

"... Forkle. Wait, Grady can you wake up Sophie? It's so unlike her to sleep this late. I'm getting worried, I think the Blackswan is pushing her to hard."  I walked in and said good morning. They looked at me and asked, "Soph, how much of that conversation did you hear?" I answered truthfully, "I only heard up to the point of Mom asking you to go wake me up." They nodded. There was a knock on the door.

Mom went to answer it. "Oh, hello Magnate Leto. If you don't mind me asking, why are you in this form and not looking like Mr. Forkle?" "Mrs. Reuwen, while Ms. Foster and her friends are out of Foxfire at this time, I am still the magnate. It doesn't really matter. I need to talk to Ms. Foster, now."

I walked to the door. "Ms. Foster, I need to inform you of something. Unfortunately, we have to many members right now, and seeing as you are, and have been falling behind, you need to pick three of your friends to have their membership...redacted."

"What if I don't?" Edaline, Leto and Grady looked at me as I asked. "Ms. FOster what do you mean by that?" "I mean what if I decide that all of my friends should stay? What if I decide that they are all good enough?"

Mr. Forkle looked at me, "Then your own membership will be taken away and two others of our choice will have their membership redacted."

"How is that fair?" Surprisingly it wasn't me who asked, it was Edaline. "Ms. Ruewen, I never said anything about being fair, It is for the betterment of my organization." "Eda, I agree with Leto, if everything is too busy it is sort of fair in a way?"

Mom looked at Grady in surprise, "So what I'm just supposed to let my Daughter hurt three of her friends?" Grady nodded. She looked away from me. I ran to my room, anger and betrayal were the only too emotions I felt. I began to pack. I had made my decision. It was still early Just getting to 9 am. But I still packed up anyway.

I wrote a note one to each of my friends, each one a small note paper.(A/N I'm sorry about how cheesy some of these are.)

Biana, I want you to know how much you mean to me. You have stayed so positive through it all.

Fitz, Though our cognate connection broke a couple months ago, I want you to know that I wished it were still intact.

Lihn, You are so strong, and beautiful, I hope you stay like that for the rest of eternity.

Tam, My friend that always hides in the shadows, you may hide but we all see you, you mean so much to all of us.

Dex, You have been my best friend through thick and thin, I hope you remember our friendship.

Marella, I know our friendship is still recovering but I just want to say I'm still sorry.

Wylie, You are so brave and strong, take care of lihn and watchout for your dad and tiergen.

Stina, I know we haven't been friends for a very long time, and our friendship is still strained, I hope you remember me for me and not who I was when we first met.

Meruca, Please stay strong, and remember even the strongest cry sometimes.

Alden and Della, Thank you for being the first Elven family I had, and for searching for me all those years. Thank you for welcoming me into this strange world.
