8 - INFINITE

                                    

                                          
INFINITE 
            Shadow threw the paper, out of disbelief, it landed on the floor, the gust of wind made it slide to the front of the doorway, 
            So that's why when Sonic said a command word it triggered something in his stomach.
            "But he's also a Sub... This must be a mistake... Is he actually a Dom?" He bit his lip. "No. I must not let this bother me." He shook his head as he clenched his fists. Maria knew? And she didn't inform him sooner?
            He checked the other contents of the box, he sees pills, and a note that says:
These are your suppressants, don't take unless needed or if you feel like you're going to be in danger around Doms.
            Suppressants..? What for?
 

            Under all the dozens of suppressants there was a hard cover book titled 'All about Dynamics'.
            "So you're a Sub?" Shadow raised his head and by the doorway was a black and white Mobian.
            "Infinite..." Shadow hissed. 
            "Well Shadow, how the mighty, has fallen to a Sub in the category, I thought you were the mighty Dom in the relationship, I guess not, maybe, it was a mistake, hmmm?" Infinite said with heavy sarcasm in his tone.
            "What do you want Infinite? I know you aren't here to patronize me." Shadow growled in anger but Infinite raised his hands up as he gave him a savage grin.
            "Easy Shadow, I'm just here for a bandage, not a fight."
            Shadow narrowed his eyes and said with some mirth in his voice."Is it a wound in your pride Infinite? Or do you need a another scar to remind you who you are talking to?" 
            Infinite still had his savage grin and said. "Oh no, no, Shadow, it's for my Wolf, my Sub, I may have broken him a bit, but don't worry I'm gentle in handling my Sub, how about you Shadow are you looking for your Dom who ran away? Oops- Sorry my bad-"
            Without any warning, Infinite was slammed on the wall hard, almost knocking his lungs out of air, and with a white glove, now holding his neck, almost choking him. It was Shadow, his red eyes that made it look menacing, and said in a sharp tone.
            "You're on thin ice Jackal, what are you really here for!?" He roared.
            Infinite still grinned and said mockingly. "You think? Oh so mysterious, but you aren't, you're just showing and protecting your self, just to show that you're some Alpha but you are not." Shadow was about to raise his hand ready to hit Infinite but a loud cry of frustration was heard in the room and it was.
            Gadget... And he is... Well, you guessed it, frustrated and a bit of a blushing mess, and said in a tone of a bit high like a voice you hear when someone had their first time, but still needed more.
            "What are you two doing!? One minute, I just take my eyes off of you two, now you're at each other's throats..." He sighs before continuing. "Just... Stop, you two, I know you hate each other so much, but we're here in the middle of crossing an ocean, we could risk getting attacked from above, behind, and even below the ocean, so we need to be aware of our surroundings, know that there is a psychopath scientist out there, maybe even looking for us once we land this ship, but maybe you two can settle things in the meantime, please?" He asked in a pleading tone.
            The two looked at each other, Shadow backed off and shoved Gadget out of his room, making him stumble but was surprised when Shadow vanished without making a sound. Gadget then blinked and then slowly said "Wow, he is the personification of a shadow."
            There was a short moment of silence before Infinite was also shoved out of Shadow's cabin.
            "Stay out!" Shadow growled then slammed the door at their faces.
            "So Infinite should we continue where we left off hmm?" He asked as was now trying to help Infinite up.. 
            "Are you sure Gadget? I don't want to hurt even if you go blank on me just like the last time." He winked. Nobody on the ship knew about this part of their relationship, thinking it was just a friendship between a Sub and a Dom.
            Gadget then turned crimson red and said with a bit of stutter in his voice and said. "H-hey, it's your fault you made me this way..."
            Infinite then pulled Gadget to his chest and said in a husky voice "No, it's you who made me like this my Wolf, and maybe let's start here." Infinite said as he lead the younger into a room and closed the door...

            Shadow was now walking towards his bed after closing and locking his door, he saw the doll that Sonic gifted him, and then he quickly grabbed the doll and threw it across his room, he took his pillow and shouted into it with all his might.
            "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you Faker! So much, yet you make my heart stop... Why..? Just why..? I'm suppose to be the Ultimate Lifeform." Shadow uttered to himself in frustration as he slowly lifted his head and tears were slowly falling from his eyes. "Just why doctor? Why did you leave me and Maria alone..?" As a dam of tears were now falling with no rest, an old, but funny memory of his, flashed in his mind.

            At the ARK, Shadow, Maria, and the Doctor were reading books, Shadow was then curious about what love is and what is the reproductive system that Shadow was reading and said to the doctor.
            "Doctor? What is love?" He innocently asked.
            The Doctor then slowly with his signature laugh as he said. 
            "Oh Shadow your interested in love? Then let me tell you, love is an emotion where you can feel this person is meant for you, once you're get your diagnosis for your Dynamics, it will give you an idea for your destined pair who you will meet in the future, since your the only Mobian here, your pair might be down on Mobius." Said the doctor as he slowly stopped laughing and was now back to slowly drinking his coffee.
            But then, a question caught the Doctor off guard, spitting his coffee out, that made Maria curious as well.
            "Then how do we make babies then? And do us men also have babies?" Asked Shadow innocently.
            "Can Shadow get pregnant too?" Maria asked.
            The doctor then looked at the two as he felt large beads of sweat flowing from the side of his face, as he tried to find an excuse for this question, his mind was running in a thousand miles radius as an idea clicked inti his mind and he said with a jolly tone.
            "Oh, don't worry you two, babies are delivered by Storks, they also have the technology to deliver them in space." He said with a wide smile but in the inside he said to himself. "How the fuck did this situation escalated to this!?" He sighed inwardly as he thought. "I'm too old for this shit but what can I do? They're kids for Pete's sake!"

            "Do those Storks actually deliver babies?" He thought as he stopped his crying.
