In Argus at night, You, Cinder, Trisaris, Team JNPR, Saphron Cotta-Arc are walking down a sidewalk, searching for wherever Oscar might be.

Pyrrha: Oscar? Where are you?

Nora: (calling out as well) Oscar?

The silence is her answer.

Y/N: Argus ain't no small place, he could've gone anywhere.

Jaune: This is all my fault... I overreacted.

Pyrrha: It isn't. When stress overtakes our minds, we do regretful things.

Pyrrha holds Jaune's wrist, who accepts it, smiling painfully at her.

Cinder: I agree with Pyrrha. Sometimes we... we say things we'll regret saying when anger has plagued our minds. I know it happened to me one too many times before.

Y/N: Yeah, that much is true.

Saphron: I still don't really understand what happened. Was it about the mission?

Tri shoots Saphron a look.

Trisaris: It is, but it's a long story. One that's... so super complicated to even tell in the first place.

Saphron: I know, I know, "top secret". Did he... do something wrong?

Jaune: No, he didn't. We just got some new information and... it's going to be a lot harder than we thought.

Saphron: I mean, if it was easy, then it wouldn't be important. Right?

Ren: I think we're all just a bit unsure of what to do next, even Pyrrha is stumped.

Saphron: You could... stay in Mistral, get your licenses at Haven, and come back to Argus. There's a lot of good you can do here. I know your mission is important, but it's not like you're the only ones who can do it. It's not the only mission that needs doing.

Y/N: Saphron, we're the only ones who can get this mission done, and finish the fight. If not us, then who else?

Saphron: You have a point, Y/N. The world always needs people like you to step up and defend us all.

Saphron lingers a bit behind while JNPR walks forward, before turning around to look back at her.

Saphron: Well, uh... I should go pick up Adrian from daycare. I'll let Terra know what's happened, and we'll meet you later. Good luck.

JNPR watches Saphron leave before looking down sadly, but Nora's perks her head up to look at a café while pointing to it with enthusiasm.

Nora: Hey, there's a café over there. Why don't we get something to warm up?

Y/N: Yes, a thousand times yes. But, bring me back a coffee.

Trisaris: You got it. Jaune, you want anything?

Jaune: I'm okay. You three go on ahead.

Trisaris, Ren and Nora watch Jaune walk away with sad looks on their faces as you and Pyrrha join him. Jaune takes a seat on a nearby bench as Pyrrha joins him.

Trisaris: We'll be right back. Keep yourself glued to that bench until then.

Ren and Nora walk away, leaving Jaune alone with you, Cinder and Pyrrha.

Pyrrha: Jaune...

Jaune keeps his head down while the wind blows, and a dried maple leaf flies in in front of Jaune. He notices this and follows the maple leaf as it flies in the wind. Jaune follows the leaf into a nearby park. Suddenly, Jaune stops in his tracks and notices something as do you.

You heart drops, sweat starts running down your face as your breath hitches.

And that something is a memorial wall dedicated to every student from Mistral who died at Beacon. At the bottom of it, various stuffed toys, flowers, and notes are resting against it. You slowly approach the wall and looks closely to see two people's names inscribed on it written alongside all of the other Mistral-native students who fell:
