I put my head in my hands as I sat on my bed, Merlin bringing out water for me to drink.
He stroked my head and sat beside me.
"Why didn't you say anything about the nightmares?"
I shook my head. "I didn't see the point. If I didn't know what it meant, I wanted to see if I could figure out but it's the same every night."
He placed his hand on my lap and bend down for me to look at him.
"I'm sorry. If I knew, I would've gone to you and Gaius."
He moves my chin to his direction before speaking. "That's OK. I have one thing to ask and I need you to be honest with me. Do you remember anything before I found you in the forest?"
I shook my head. I tell him about how I try to remember, I even went back to touch the ground to see if it would show me memories but nothing comes in my head.
Suddenly, there was a realisation.
The woman we saw few days ago.
I stood up.
She has to be a link.
I looked at Merlin apologetically before running out of my Chambers.

As we approached in the forest and found the spot where he found me, Merlin shouts out.
"Hello! Anyone here?"
I looked up to the crows sitting on the branches, cawing at us.
We examined the space, trying to spot something that will give us a clue.
I caught my palm on the thorn and sucked in my breath.
Merlin went to examine and kissed my cut.
"Hello my dear children."
We swiped a look to a lady. She is still the same as we saw the last time.
I stepped forward. "Why did you give us the warning?"
She chortled before answering. "I guess you know about Morgana and her Malum men. Well, you see. I had to tell Arthur that she was coming. That she is more powerful with her own little army. That she has found something they have been searching for."
Merlin said the name and she sneered.
"Yeees, that's the one."
The breeze spun around us, and I heard the warning from the wind spirits.
I pulled Merlin back, pulling him behind me.
I searched around her to spot anything and it's just us.
She flicked her hand at Merlin and he flung against the tree, grunting at the impact and tries to get up.
I cried out his name and she hoovered to me, hand gripping my throat.
She bends down and smelled me.
"I knew I recognised the smell. No one has ever smelled like you. You better watch out." she whispered and said the name that brought fear to my core.
"Lucy."
~~~
"What the hell did you both think you were doing! You could've got caught by bandits. Not any bandits. MALUM BANDITS. Why did you-"
I blocked out angry Arthur.
I heard Merlin's voice muffling but he is also at the same volume.
Why did she say that name?
How does she know me?
Why do I recognised her?
I tried to tie the pieces together.
Then I remembered. The day I saw her the first time. The day I lost my memories.
Running through the woods, I panted. Looking down at the oversized top.
I'm sorry Mister but I needed them more than you do.
I heard a crack and spots a lady with a cauldron over the fire. "Hello, madam. Please could you help me?"
She turns her head and grinned in a creepy way.
I don't know if I should trust her.
She asked for my name and I replied "I'm sorry but I don't remember." not giving her my name, not that I don't remember, I do.
But I don't trust her.
She stood up, and started talking.
I don't recognise the language and she seems to sing it. Is she chanting?
A figure crawled out of the ground, growing larger, cowering over me.
I looked around and found a stick close to the fire.
I ran to grab it and fought with all my might.
Til I got the stick through him, through his heart and he cried out, light bursting through and exploded.
I turned to face her and she opened her hand, blowing mud dust in my face, causing me to impact to the ground.
Before my eyes betrayed me, I made a promise. "I will find you. I will find my way home."
The lady jumped up and down, giggling before looking into her cauldron. "My lady Morgana, I will find Yidsten."
And everything. Went. Black.
Something clicked.
I stepped in front of Merlin, reaching for Leon's sword and pulled it out of his scabbard before swishing it through the air, the noise echoing the room, quieting everyone.
I may not got all the pieces together, but one thing I know for sure is that she always appear every time I get hurt. When my feet walking through the thorns. When I caught my finger on the sword. When I was stabbed.
I looked at my palm, rethinking my thoughts.
I raised the sword and sliced the same palm.
Everyone ran to me as my hand starts to bleed.
Then a wind swirls in the hall.
Then she appeared. Again with the sneering smile.
All the men got their swords out, Gwaine jumping in front of me and giving Leon his weapon back.
I moved him out of the way. "I've worked it out."
She smiled.
"I know why you sent me the nightmares. You were trying to tell me about her and I never paid any attention until now."
"Lucilla, what are you doing?" Merlin crept by me, taking his bandana off and wrapping it around my hand.
I stared at the old lady. "I remembered the last time I saw you. You were chanting. I didn't know what it meant but I realised you were talking Latin. You were saying "May you be the source. May you be the destiny. May you be the one to end it all." But the one thing that really irritates me is why am I the source?"
She stepped forward, slowly.
The knights are making sure their swords are facing her direction, Merlin stepped in front of me.
Arthur pulled out his sword, covering Gwen behind him.
"Since you arrived, things has changed. All the dark sorcerers felt it. I felt it too. And I know who you really are." she went quieter and echoed her words.
Who I really am?
She cackled before disappearing into thin air and everyone stood still, stunned to what just happened.
