The two had multiple jobs to pay for things, but when Jo finally became a doctor, money was coming in much more easily, Jennifer being able to work only one job and being able to go out more.

A little after dinner, the twins tucked in their siblings, sitting downstairs on the sofa together, watching some random tv show.

"How was the flight?" questioned Jennifer.

Jo sighed, rubbing her eyes in remembrance, "Awful, this woman wouldn't shut up about not having a window seat for half of the flight, then this random baby started screaming for about an hour."

Jennifer kissed her lips, smirking at Jo, "That sucks."

Jo chuckled quietly, "Yeah..."

Silence overtook the two, the only sound being the quiet noises of the characters on the television. After a moment of consideration, Jo hesitantly spoke, "Hey, um, I know you said it was okay and everything but...I'm sorry I've been gone so long."

Jennifer turned her head to Jo, creasing her eyebrows, "It's your job, Jo, I couldn't of let you stay here forever, that new hospital in Atlanta was a great opportunity for you. Plus...it brings in more money for us."

The sisters shared a laugh.

"I guess you're right," muttered Jo.

Jennifer raised a coy eyebrow, "I'm always right."

"Damn straight."

The sisters laugh again, jokes filling the room as the night goes on, and before they know it, the two fall asleep only to wake to a terrifying sight.

"JO! JENNY!"

The terrified voice of Theo woke the two girls up immediately, sitting up quickly as the boy began to sob loudly.

Jennifer began to try to soothe him, "Hey, hey, what's wrong?"

"M-Mrs Lane started shouting from her room, s-so I looked out of my window to see what was going on b-but there was blood everywhere. She was screaming so, so loud!"

Jennifer's face darkened, looking toward Jo with the same worried look, one thought in there minds:

'What the fuck is going on?'

Jo let out a controlled sigh, "O-okay, everybody try to stay calm, alright? I'll call the cops."

As she entered the numbers, Jennifer continued to calm their brother, rubbing his back softly.

The phone began to rang, and when the beeps finally stopped, Jo spoke into the phone, "Hello? There's—" she stopped, removing the phone from her ear, panicked.

Jennifer and Theo looked up at the silence, "Jo? What happened?" questioned Jennifer.

"They didn't answer."

Jennifer's eyes widened, "What?"

Jo blinked, staring down at the phone, "Why wouldn't they answer?" she spoke, whispering to herself.

Suddenly, a loud scream came from outside, a familiar scream.

The siblings eyes widened at the sound.
