1 am, Jensen still wasn't home.
Cass sat on the couch in the dark, waiting for him. She knew the truth but she wanted it from him. She heard the key twist the lock and flicked the light on the lamp she sat beside. Jensen jumped cursing "Shit, what you still doing up Cass?" he asked locking the door behind him.

"I'm not going to beat about the bush, What's her name?" Cass questioned looking down at the floor, she couldn't bare to look at him. She had seen the signs, he was staying out late when he wasn't at work. he was being distant with her and smelt of perfume she knew she didn't own.
Jensen sighed sitting next to her, his head in his hands. How he thought he could get away with it, dating a crime writer he wasn't sure. "I'm sorry Cass" he mumbled, "What's her fucking name Jensen" she snapped not caring that they weren't alone in the house. she was broken once again.
"Louise, it never meant to happen" he confessed looking at her in the eyes "The night you went to him, I got drunk. Next thing I remember I woke up in her bed" He looked torn, that he loved Cass with all his heart. But Louise, she was something different. she wasn't going to go running back to her ex, no she would go tell him to go fuck himself.
"Jared? will you put Chloe in the car please?" She asked, she knew he stood behind them ready to intervene if he was needed to. he knew about the affair, he told his brother to not only think about Cass but Chloe. That little girl finally had someone to call dad, and he was willing to throw it all away. Cass stood up grabbing her car keys, she had already packed the car while he was gone. she slid off her ring and handed it back to Jensen. 
"I wont stop you from seeing Chloe, I can't do that to my daughter" She explained walking out. Jensen didn't follow her, he knew he had brought it all on himself and this was going to happen eventually.
"your a dick you know that?" Jared asked smacking his brother around the head. "she was the best thing that ever happened to you and you fucking cheated on her!" he shouted pacing around the room. Jensen sat back on the couch, running a hand over his face. "I didn't cheat Jared. but she needed to leave" he sighed.
Jared stopped pacing and turned to his brother. "He's looking for her, She needs to go to the one person who can protect them both from this"
