For Bloom, Izuku, and our passed out fairy, we left off with them heading to Blooms house. Currently, they reside in Blooms' living room with her parents and she standing up, Izuku sitting on a chair, and the fairy under a blanket on top of the couch.

-3rd Person POV; The Peterson's Home-
"Bloom, I'm not sure I understand," Mike said in a skeptical voice with hands on his hips before finishing his phrase, "would you run that by me again?" Bloom just let out an exasperated sigh and groan as she repeats herself for the third time. "I already told you! She was attacked by some horrible creatures! And Izuku was in Japan before landing on the ogre! Right, Izuku?" the redhead said, turning towards her new friend and parents' new acquaintance. Izuku finished his sip of raspberry tea before placing the cup on the coaster.
"It's true. It was close to 10pm when I was in Japan. I was outside and I was goin' to head to a hotel or somethin' when I was walking past a cliff overseeing a local beach. I felt drawn towards the water and was walking closer to the edge. Before I knew it, I was falling through a portal and landing on the yellow man. Bloom than caught me up on what was happening and I helped out..." the greenette explained.
"Dear, what were you doing out so late and heading to a hotel at your age? You're the same age as our Bloom and it can be dangerous to be out so deep into the day..." Vanessa asked, a worried expression upon her face. Izuku knew he didn't have to tell them if he didn't want to but, what's he got to lose? He's on the other side of the world in a different dimension. What's the worst that could happen?
"I got kicked out by my... Guardian... It's fine though since I was planning on moving out soon anyways and I only see her, barely, in the summer so it's not that big a deal." he said nonchalantly before taking another sip of his tea. "Why would you get kicked out?! You're a teenager for god sakes-!" Mike shouted in shock. "Let me explain..." Izuku said as he placed his cup down once more.
"In my world, things are much more different. For starters, it's year 2272 majority of the human population has evolved to gaining special abilities called quirks. There are many different types of quirks and variations of those types. They were passed down from parents to children. The child can manifest a the same as one parent, a grandparent, or a mix of direct family members' quirks. An example would be if a mother has a psychic: telekinesis quirk and a father has an elemental: wind quirk, their child could have either of those abilities as a quirk or they could gain an entirely new ability being aerokinesis; the manipulation of wind.
However, when I was 4 years old, only 80% of the entire human population had a quirk while the other dwindling 20% did not. This led to the majority of quirked people hating on the quirkless. They saw them as lesser beings... This also led to quirked people pushing the quirkless down to a level lower than dirt. If a quirkless person applied for a job, they wouldn't be hired. If they were in school, their teachers would lower their grades even if they were at the top of the class or could test out of that grade. If they tried to report something like assault or abuse to the police, they were called attention seekers.
At least, in Japan, quirks are everything. And because of quirks, crime shot up because criminals could use their abilities to do bad things. This was the start of the hero evolution. At least half the schools were built for producing future heroes to protect the public and almost all of them were led, funded by, and under the thumb of the corrupt HPSC; Hero Public Safety Commission. Because of them, many heroes are in it for fame and don't care for the people.
They would even leave people being attacked if it wasn't going to be caught on camera and the HPSC would cover up any scandal, no matter how bad it was, since the reflection of that hero would come back to them. I'm actually quirkless which led to a lot of problems for me but I was lucky enough to be born to an influential family. It's the only real reason I was able to do more things and stand my ground. Enough about that now... We need to help this girl out. She's fine, just unconscious, but she's still got people after her..." the greenette explained, shocking the three other people.
