Day5:
~~~Me as P.o.V of Wahida ~~~~
"mom don't tell her! There's still time for it!" I cried.
"No..she's your best friend and she has the right to know about you!" Expressed an excited Suman.
"Well..i want to know now!"demanded Sapna as she entered the room and smiled at me.
"Your friend...likes a guy, Umar! And her dad and me have decided to fix their engagement soon!" Exclaimed Suman.
"Whoa! That is really good news!" As Sapna hugged her with excitement "and congratulations!"
~~~~~at the hotel~~~~~
"Today you were awesome with the kids Sapna" I said.
"Yeah..and a little weary now too.."replied Sapna.
"How about spending some good time at the nearby ice cream parlour in the evening?" I asked.
Just when Sapna took a moment to think about it Rahul said-"not a bad idea!" and he winked at her.
"So the three of us today!" I said,feeling guilty that I dint leave them together for the evening. I looked down pondering what could be done about it.
"Heyy..what happened,why you so lost?"asked an excited Sapna as she blushed when Rahul looked at her.
"Nothing much..so let's go home freshen up..."I said when Rahul interrupted "yup so I'll meet you both gorgeous girls at sharp 5!"as he walked out.
~~~at the nearby ice cream parlour~~~
Rahul was already waiting there for us at a square table.
I chose a seat where I could be diagonally facing him and Sapna would be right opposite to him.
"Let's order!"the guy in black tee and blue denims proclaimed after he smiled at us. Rahul looked smart in them.
I ordered the normal hot chocolate fudge while Sapna ordered a sundae and the guy in black tees chose a sizzling brownie.
"So how's your studies going on?"I asked Rahul.
"they're going good, another two months then I'm done"he sighed.
"So U.K! You like any girl there?"I winked. And Sapna kicked me from under the table.
"Ow..Oww.."I whimpered softly. "Sorry..I've got a caught in my leg" I pretended looking at Rahul and gave an ugly look at the girl with high cheekbones.
"Nope I dint find any girl as good as the one whom I kissed today!"as he gently took Sapna's hand in his. Sapna blushed and looked away.
"Okay! I-I'm I-I'm getting a call from dad" I stuttered to make an excuse as I stood up desperately wanting to leave them alone.
Both dint bother to even look at me. How mean! but I was happy that Sapna found such a nice guy who likes her since their first day as an intern.
I need to help them get married.
That's what happens when it comes to a good Indian girl, she needs to think about traditions and customs before making any choices. Sapna would have a problem dealing about Rahul with her family, but on the other hand Rahul is a lone guy. His parents died in a plane crash when he was 5years old. His aunt in Dehradun raised him and took charge of him until he turned 18. This day he lives in his own house which he inherited from his parents.
After sometime I walked closer and saw both had fixed their gaze on each other.
"Sapna..i guess we need to leave" I unwillingly interrupted as it was already 8pm and we had to leave.
"See you tomorrow" Rahul said, as he quickly kisses her hand and we walked out.
