Things were changing in the wizardry world. With Voldemort gone, anyone in association to him got trialed. Most claiming to have been under the imperius curse. Some accepted their fates with sinister grins. Bellatrix Lestrange and her husband both went to Azkaban. Others were on the run.
Brena and the Marauders looked everywhere for the ring that held Talvia. Nothing was found. And the only ones who were there when it had happened were on their side as it was or dead now.
A funeral was held in honor of Peter Pettigrew. Following that was stand in funeral for Talvia Willard. Lost and yet never forgotten. The boys did everything in their minds to celebrate the lives that were lost. Brena's favorite thing was going to France where they had a special Magical beasts zoo for the magical. A place made in the name of a fellow Hufflepuff.
James, Sirius and Regulus finally proposed to Brena properly, using a new ring that Regulus had picked out.

It was an odd engagement. Jame tried using some poem he had seen in a muggle book. Sirius threw in something about stars and dark and light. Regulus kept it simple with telling her how much he loved her. It was a rather mess.
The day came, July 24th 1978.
Brena sat up in a heap of sweat coating her skin. Pain shooting through her back and into her lower abdomen. James had chosen to sleep in her room tonight, rolling out of bed with a thud at the sound of Brena gasping out a painful squeal.
"Wh-what?!" James stammered as he sat up from the floor. His head turned towards Brena who was hugging her stomach to try and ease the pain before it settled back down. "Brenny? What's wrong? Is the baby okay??" He asked as he got off the floor.
"It-it's time-" James' eyes widened before he jolted forward, grabbing the extremely pregnant woman into his arms.
