When the sun started setting and it started getting colder, Han and I decided to go inside. But just as we stood up, Jeongin came running out the sliding door and onto the sand, Seungmin running after him.

"Jeongin I swear if anything happens to my book, I'll personally throw you in the water and lock you outside!" Seungmin exclaimed.

I frowned slightly, until I noticed Jeongin had a book in his hand. I giggled at the boy's playfulness. Seungmin ran onto the sand towards him, but he sidestepped and ran past him again, running back inside. Seungmin came running after him again, making Han and I laugh. We went inside and I saw Jeongin hiding behind Felix, Seungmin standing in front of them.

"Just one page, Hyung? Please?" Jeongin pleaded.

I heard Seungmin sigh as I took a seat on the couch to watch the scene unfold. Seungmin pinched the bridge of his nose between his fingers before sighing again.

"Fine. But just one page."

Jeongin jumped out from behind Felix, quickly rushing to the couch and taking a seat next to me. He opened the book at the same page Seungmin's book mark rested, looking up at the owner of the book for approval before removing the piece of paper. He cleared his throat and started reading out loud. Felix and Seungmin took seats on the couch as well, wanting to hear what the youngest was reading. I wasn't really focused on what he was reading, floating off into my own world. But my thoughts scattered when I heard a certain sentence.

"She watched as the emotion swam behind his eyes. The emotion she had learned meant he wanted something from her. Something more than just advice or a hug," Jeongin read.

"Wait, say that again," I interjected.

Jeongin read it again before looking at me, the other three doing the same. I thought about the line, repeating it to myself. Over and over. Until it became clear in my mind.

"That emotion she sees, does she see it before he kisses her?" I asked, turning to Seungmin.

"Yes. How did you know?"

"I... I don't know..." I lied, sounding very unsure.

The boys all gave each other a strange look before Felix spoke.

"Ava, is there something going on? Is there something you want to tell us?" he asked, his voice non-threatening and soothing.

I hesitated, needing to run the possibilities through my mind once more before I could be certain.

"I think... I think someone has looked at me in the same way. Like he wants to kiss me."

I saw the boys' eyes widen at my revelation.

"Who?" Jeongin asked, voice soft, as if to keep the information I was about to tell him secret.

"I... I can't say..."

I noticed Han, Seungmin and Jeongin gave sighs of disappointment, but when my eyes met Felix's gaze, something in his eyes made me nervous. Something in the way he looked at me made me anxious that he knew something. Something I didn't want anyone to know about yet.

...

When most of the boys had gone to sleep, Chan, Changbin and I were the only ones still awake, each curled up in a corner of the couch. The other two were on their phones, while I just silently sat and contemplated whether or not to tell them about my revelation. My mind kept spinning. Until it just got too much for me.

"Guys?" I mumbled, both the boys immediately putting down their phones at the sound of my voice.

"I... I have something to say..."
