"Now, how many razor blades did they find?" Sam asks Mrs. Wallace.

"Two on the floor, one in his stomach, and one was stuck in his throat. He swallowed all four of them. How is that even possible?" Mrs. Wallace asks. She sees Dean looking around the stove and he opens the oven to look in it. "The candy was never in the oven."

"We just have to be thorough, Mrs. Wallace." Dean tells her.

"Did the police find any razors in the rest of the candy?" Sam asks.

"No. I mean, I don't think so." Mrs. Wallace says. "I just-- I can't believe it. You hear urban legends about this stuff, but it actually happens?"

"More than you might imagine." Sam says.

Dean shows the others a hex bag as he stands behind Mrs. Wallace. He makes sure she doesn't see it.

"Mrs. Wallace, did Luke have any enemies?" Sam asks.

"Enemies?" Mrs. Wallace asks.

"Anyone who might have held a grudge against him?" Sam asks.

"What do you mean?" She asks.

"Co-workers? Neighbors? Maybe a woman?"

"Are you suggesting an affair?"

"Is it possible?"

"No! No, Luke would nev--"

"I'm very sorry. We just have to consider all possibilities."

"If someone wanted to kill my husband, don't you think they'd find a better way than a razor in a piece of candy he might eat?"

The twins are sitting on the couch in the motel when Dean and Ophelia get back. Libby is sitting next to her aunt, leaning against her, her arms on Natalie's lap. Jacob and Larissa are on one of the beds and doing their own research. Dean tosses his keys on the table and unwraps a piece of candy, tossing it in his mouth.

"Really? After that guy choked down all those razor blades?" Sam asks.

"It's Halloween, man." Dean says. Natalie holds her hand out and Dean gives her a couple pieces of candy.

"Yeah, for us every day is Halloween." Sam says.

"Don't be a downer." Dean says, sitting on the arm of the couch. He holds a few pieces of candy out to Libby who hesitates, but takes them.

"He's always a downer on October 31st. It's his least favorite holiday." Natalie says, popping a piece of candy into her mouth.

"Candy for her? Dean, really?" Sam asks, looking at Libby.

"Hey, man, it's food." Dean says.

"He's not wrong." Natalie says and Sam lightly rolls his eyes.

"Anything interesting?" Dean asks.

"Well, we're on a witch hunt, that's for sure, but this isn't over your typical hex bag." Sam says, pointing to the open hex bag on the table.

"Hmm, no?" Dean asks. Sam picks up a dried flower.

"Goldthread, an herb that's been extinct for two hundred years. And this--" He picks up a silver piece. "is Celtic, and I don't mean some new age knock off. It looks like the real deal, like six hundred years old real."

Dean picks up a small charred object.

"And, um... that is the charred metacarpal bone of a newborn baby."

"Ugh." Dean puts the bone down. "Gross."

"Relax, man, it's like a hundred years old." Sam says, picking the bone up.
