It's 10 pm.
Eli, Lucas, James and I are still awake. We are binge watching 'Wednesday' it's so cool.
Lucas says he thinks that he might have a thing for thing. Stupid.
"I miss my little kitten." Eli mumbles next to me. I snicker, she has got into his skin alright.
"I miss her too."
I had a fucking boner the entire ride back home. She fits perfect in my lap. I could feel her wet. It was cute seeing her confused when she moaned. I wanted to squeeze her ass real bad. I known she felt me hard. Sam is everything and I can't wait to see her.
My phone lights up. Sam is calling me.
I turned to Eli, "It's Sam!" "Put it on speaker."
Lucas shouted, "Hellooo Sammm!" Before any of us could say anything we heard her scream.
"NOO. Dad no. Dad please please help me!"
There were muffled noises and we all went rigid when we heard someone saying, "Stay still girl. It will be good you will enjoy it."
We all rushed towards our car Eli got in the drivers seat and he started driving. Sam was screaming telling them to let her go she was pleading her dad toh help what the fuck is happening.
Lucas called the cops on the way. We reached her place at the same time the cops came. We broke the door to get in.
"Sam..."
She was lying on the floor in a pool of blood around her head while the two men beside her started fleeing. I ran towards Sam.
"Sam, baby, open your eyes! Eli we need to get her to the hospital!"
Lucas and James stayed back to complete any formalities while we rushed Sam to the hospital. When we reached the hospital they quickly put her in a stretcher and asked us to wait while a nurse asked us some questions.
I was trembling. What the hell happened! Was that cut also..? God I am going crazy.
"She'll be okaay, Aid. Our baby is strong. She'll be okay." I can feel the break in Eli's voice as he tries to reassure me. I know he is scared and confused too.
Lucas and James came bursting in. "How is she? Is Sam okay?"
"They have taken her inside. I don't know." I said frustrated that how much of an idiot I am. She was always scared, she was missing for 2 days and that cut on her arm. God she was suffering and I couldn't do anything.
The doctor came out and said " Okay. I am assuming you guys are her friends?"
We give him a nod. " I was informed of the situation and that her guardian has been arrested. She is okay, she had lost so much blood so she will be feeling a little dizzy. She is extremely malnourished and pale. She haven't been getting enough proteins. Also I am not sure I should share these with you guys..."
"Please tell us what it is, please" I said. Eli kept a reassuring hold over my shoulder.
"Please doctor. We need to know if she is okay." Eli said.
A woman came towards us. Sophie.
"Okay okay. I know the cops are coming in as well as and the child health volunteer is already here and she has told me it's okay to let you know. Samantha... she was abused. There are whip scars on her back and there are fresh bruises which my best guess would be like 2 days. I don't know how she was holding herself up, the amount of bruises tells me that she was in immense pain. She is a strong girl. You guys can visit her just don't crowd over her too much."
Abused. My baby was in pain.
He turns towards Sophie and tells something to her. I couldn't hear anything, there was a ringing in my ears. Eli's hold on me tightened.
Sophie came near us with a sad smile, " Come on dears, Samantha needs us now. We can't be weak."
We nod and and walk into the room.
Fucking hell.
Sam is lying there unconscious. I can see bruises over her arms, that's fucking why she always wore long sleeves.
She looks so pale. Jesus.
I run my hand through her hair. She tries to open her eyes. Once she is conscious enough to know where she is, she looks at all of us and starts to sob.
"It's okay dear. You are okay. You are safe now." Sophie tells her while holding her hand.
"Your friends are here, don't cry. We all will take care of you honey." Sophie smiles at her.
She gives her a watery smile but it is gone the second some thought hits her.
"D-Dad?" Her voice comes out hoarse. Eli helps her with a glass of water.
"I am sorry dear. Your father is at the station now. There were charges of drug trafficking on him and the other men that were at your house. Since you are 18 now you will be given the option to choose if you have any relatives with whom you'll stay or you want to look after yourself. I am sorry this happened to you dear but you need to give me a reply before the police comes in." Sophie looks at us and then continue before leaving" I'll give you some time please think about it."
"Don't cry Sam, please. It hurts us." I try to calm her and she looks at us.
"T-thankyou for saving m-me. I was so s-scared and D-Dad he wouldn't... and I don't have anyone..I-I am scared" she is all red from crying.
I gently wipe her tears while Eli reassures her. He looks up at me and he knows what I am about to say. He gives me a nod.
"Look at me Sam. You are not going anywhere okay, you are coming with us."
"We'll take care of you."
