I was being poked.
"No. It's warm a little more. Shoo" I mumbled.
I heard snickers around me. When I opened my eyes I was in someone's lap. Oh god.
"Hey kitten." Elijah looked down at me with his eyes filled of adoration.
"Hi..." Kitten? I thought I heard him say it before as well. I am not sure if he is teasing me but I like it. It's cute.
I look around to see that the snickers were from Lucas and Macy.
"You okaay Sammy boo?" Lucas asked me with a pout.
Cute.
I heard Elijah chuckle lightly which means I spoke out loud.
"I am okay Lucas." I smile at him.
My head starts to feels a little heavy and woozy. As if sensing it, Elijah gently puts my head back to his chest and I sigh gratefully.
Aiden comes in with a smile and boops my nose. He crouches down and looks at me smiling and says "Eli is right. You are a little kitten look at you all snuggled."
God I am feeling very hot. I give him a shy smile.
"Sophie has given the acknowledgement to let you rest today. Aiden has spoken to our teachers. We will take you home. Okay?"
"Okay... Thankyou."
I try to get up but everything starts spinning and before I lose my balance Elijah carries me bridal style.
I squeal slightly but he just smiles at me and says "It's okay you can lean on me kitten." Aiden comes beside him smiling at me.
Macy and Lucas come forward and tell me to take care and try to pass the door before each other and start calling each other names. They are funny.
Aiden laughs and then tells Elijah that we should leave.
Once we reach the car, Aiden opens the back door and gets in. Once he is settled he opens his arms Elijah pass me on as if I am a fragile thing. Aiden pulls me closer to him and Elijah gets in the drivers seat.
We stop at McDonald's to get some food. I am still feeling tired and I lean further into Aiden's embrace. I feel him press a kiss on my hair and I get butterflies. I squirm a little because I am feeling very hot and bothered.
I am shocked when Aiden gently lifts me and makes me straddle him. Once he thinks I am comfortable he looks at me sadly and says, "We were worried Sam. We couldn't reach you for 2 days."
"Sorry" I mumbled not knowing what else to say.
He sighs and tells Elijah to pass him something. I look at him confused. He hands me the phone and says, "I know you don't have one, please keep this it's my old cell so you don't have to worry. It has all our friends number. Please text or call us if there is something, okay?"
