His POV
Ash leaned over and pressed his lips to hers, allowing the liquid to tickle from his mouth into her mouth.
He felt her neck convulse consequently to allow the liquid down her throat. When the tickling of the liquid stopped, he allowed his tongue the liberty to feel around her mouth like it was made just for that.
And he was kissing her.
His lips moved against hers at a trained pace, led by someone that knew exactly what he wanted; to melt away the tension between them, the surprise still lingering in her eyes, the fear that echoed in her heartbeat. All with the assistance of the sweep of his tongue lightly against hers.
Withdrawing his tongue for a split second causing hers to greedily follow it out into his mouth as he expected, he allowed them to clash against each other providing the evidence he so awaited. The evidence was so much for her than it was for him.
That she had long accepted him, that she desired him, that she had no control over herself in his presence. Evidence she needed to know that no matter how long it was going to take her to face reality, the fact would always remain.
Uncharred.
That she was his and would always be.
Ash raised his head breaking the kiss. "Screw your boyfriend." He smoothed the side of her mouth that was agape with want, slipping his thumb inside. "It's all in your eyes, Princessah. Your desire for me."
He removed his finger and ran it over her lips, his heart clenching at the possibility of a thousand and more wonders that her mouth could do for him. "But you don't understand that you already got me. All of me."
She swallowed. Her tongue seemingly paralyzed in her mouth considering the lack of the expected verbal response from her.
Ash leaned in, putting his mouth to her ear. "I'm your boyfriend now."
The girl raised her head to look up at him, reminding him of the first time she had looked up at him the same way.
It also helped outline the sole reason why he had sent Trey to whisk El away from her. He took her hand. "Come with me."
Taking a single step away from her seemed to snap her back to her senses. But he wasn't about to entertain the expected, typical drama from her.
Her asking why he kissed her, maybe some warning with referrals to her absent ex-boyfriend whom she was most definitely still not aware there was a prefix 'ex' in front of that title, yada yada and finally her demanding to be left alone and grabbing her hand from his.
"Why'd you... she started.
"I kiss you? Haven't you just told me you have a boyfriend? Who do I think I am?" the way she stared back at him with terror reassured him that his words were close to if not exactly what she had planned to confront him with.
"I'm not sure you're following but I said, I am your boyfriend now." He reached for her face.
She folded away from him asking, "And what exactly made you think I'd quietly accept that?"
"I don't think you'll quietly accept it. I know you'll eventually accept it."
She opened her mouth to say something, and he intercepted her question. "Because in the couple of weeks I've been here I've acquired a jeep, Range Rover, a Maserati and three motorbikes. All black and I rent a cozy room perfect for a crash, a smoke and fucking."
The girl appeared taken aback but his last word seemed to charge her. "I almost found you sexy until you said the word 'fucking'." She told him.
"And I almost doubted my methods of collecting information until you pointed that out. Your innocence is all for show." Her eyes widened. "I still have no idea what your name is, but I know exactly what you're hidding behind that masquerade."
Ash told her, "Now, we have a place to be. And no, don't tell me you haven't agreed yet."
"I was going to say I'm not going anywhere with you." She smiled. "I'm glad you can't really read my mind at after all. I was wondering how long you could hold your facade in tact."
She took a bottle of wine and bumped against him on her way out.
"Earlier you were trying to hide that you were turned on by the mere possibility of me getting physically close to you." He sensed her freeze. "I can't read your mind. I can synch your thoughts to your behavior."
She turned to look at him, a new look of wonder and bewilderment clouding her earlier aroused eyes.
He had also seen the way she had pressed her thighs together, discretely pushed out her bum and the slight raise of her abdomen which was out of rhythm to her breathing pattern. Normal behaviors of a sexually aroused female.
When a female was turned on by an unlikely partner, her first survival instinct would be to hide her arousal. Ash only needed to look for the little signs of attempts and his conclusion of what was in her mind was complete.
His words rendered her frozen again, a difficult stage to figure out any given person's thoughts. He decided to take the common route. "Dont worry, babe, I can only tell when you're thinking dirty. And you are, most of the times."
The last statement was new, created on impulse. It fit perfectly with her though.
"Here you are."

My POVI turned to look at El and Dave that appeared at the entrance. Had they heard what Ash had just...
My initial glance behind turned into a full spin.
"Who are you searching for?" Dave appeared at my side.
I couldn't bring myself to say anything. Ash... he was right behind me.
"Don't bother her." El appeared at my other side. "She's looking for the cup I had left her with. You don't need it Adey, it's all in your breath."
What was confusing was the fact that Ash wasn't there anymore.
"What are we all staring at?"
We all jumped and turned to the owner of the voice. Trey stood in the entrance behind us.
"What are you doing here?" El asked.
"Me?" Trey asked and added before anyone could say anything. "I came to pray for a single night infertility."
"Quick question, does anyone believe Ash? I mean, what exactly was with him?"
