Wednesdays POV:
This was not a good time for Wednesday. She had been struggling with a lot. Her grades were good, she was an Addams so she was supported financially, she had an amazing girlfriend to support her mentally. But she just didn't feel happy anymore. There was this empty feeling in her stomach every time she woke up. She slept less, worked more. She hardly had time to eat, not that she was all that hungry most of the time anyways. But how good or bad she was doing didn't exactly matter. She was hiding from the world. She was in her closet crying her eyes out for the 4th time this week. She heard a knock on the door. "Wens, darling, are you in there? Are you alright?" She sniffled and called out "I-I'm okay, don't come in." She lied. She was not okay. "Wednesday, you only hide in your closet if something's wrong. Did somebody hurt you? Can I come in?" She sighed, it was no use. Enid knew she wasn't alright and would bust down the door if she needed to. "Y-yes, Enid. You can come in."

Enid's POV:
She had been looking everywhere for Wednesday, and nobody knew where she was. She would have told her if she had gone out, so she could only really be in her closet, and low and behold there she was. She opened the door to see Wednesday at the back, knees tucked into her chest, nose and eyes red, red dots under her eyes. She had been crying a lot it looked like. She rushed over and sat down in front of her "are you hurt? Did anyone hurt you Wednesday?" She shook her head no. "Wednesday, can you tell me what's wrong? Are you comfortable telling me?" Wednesday sighed and adjusted herself. "It's just been... so.. hard... recently. And I don't know why." Her voice started to break. "I have good grades, my novel is going well, my parents support me, you support me but... god, I just don't know what's wrong." She let out a sob. She took hold of her hands and looked into her eyes. "Maybe it's me. Maybe I should change." Enid looked horrified "Wednesday Addams. You will not say that about yourself again. Okay? You are perfect just the way you are. Okay? You're smart, you're kind, sure, it can be hard to read your emotions, but that's just who you are, okay? You are not the problem. I love you. I love you for who you are. Okay? Do you understand? You. Are. Perfect." Wednesday nodded and smiled just a slight bit. "M-maybe I just need a haircut. And a nap." She stood up and Enid stood up with her, offering to take her hand. Wednesday took her hand and they walked into the bathroom. Wednesday blew her nose and wiped her eyes, grabbing a chair to sit down in. Enid would be her sort of barber. "What do you want?" Wednesday shrugged "less... I guess? I want the pigtails gone." Enid nodded and started to cut them off, making sure she was happy with the length. She was surprisingly good at cutting hair, and eventually her haircut was done.

Wednesdays POV:
"I love it. Thank you, love." She said, admiring her new hair. Enid ran her fingers through it sending shivers up her spine. This was exactly what she needed, a change in her look. Her parents wouldn't approve, probably, but that wasn't their choice to make. She stood up and hugged enid tightly, pressing her face into the crook of her neck. She felt enid hug back. "You treat me so well, you know that?" She said, looking up at the blonde. Enid rested her forehead on hers, and rubbed her thumb against her cheek. "I know. I love you, Wednesday." She felt the tears coming again. She didn't know why. Something about Enid made her feel. She sobbed into her shoulder, hugging her again. Enid hugged her tightly an rubbed her back. "I love you too." She choked out between sobs. "Let's go lay down, Wednesday."
