Jimin wanders down the hallway, wondering if Yoongi is in the kitchen again. It's mostly him and Hoseok, Namjoon is not allowed which is funny to him.
Jungkook cooks too, but Jimin knows that kid is a brat and won't do anything without being a rebel sometimes.
But much to his surprise, it's Jin moving around in the kitchen, Taehyung — who he guesses the man is because he's seen pictures on the walls — is sitting on one of the chairs talking to Jin animatedly.
He is smiling automatically at the sight of the weird — in a good way — boxy smile on his face. " Morning. " He mumbled, schooling his features as he reached to get a glass of water.
He doesn't miss the way Jin looks behind him, probably trying to find Y/n which amuses him, " Hi, you must be Jimin! I'm Kim Taehyung, but you can call me Tae! "
" That's me. " He smiles slightly, taking a seat across from him. " Where's the kid? " Taehyung smiles awkwardly, " I should probably apologize to her. "
Jin frowns as he sets the plates on the table, " You met her? "
Jimin cringes, " Yeah, last night when he arrived. N/n is asleep, by the way. She'll probably wake up late. "
Taehyung nods but doesn't elaborate, which Jimin is glad about. He thanks Jin for the food and starts eating, conversation with Taehyung flows so smoothly, he feels like he's talking to someone he's known for an eternity.
Jin is mostly quiet throughout the breakfast, which is a little worrisome to him but he won't voice it out.
Halfway through the breakfast, a sleepy Hoseok appears, hugging the life out of Taehyung as a good morning and after him, is Yoongi.
Jimin holds back a snicker at the smack that lands on Taehyung's head by Yoongi, the younger just whines while Yoongi starts eating.
" Where have you been? "
Jimin wondered if the question was for Taehyung or Jin, because the older has been MIA for almost a week as well.
" I told you it was a mission I can't skip! They'd get suspicious of me! " Taehyung rubs his head and Yoongi rolls his eyes. " I was asking Jin hyung. "
" I was working, obviously. " Jin grumbled, " You've never asked me that. Why now? "
Jin mused, " Worried, Yoongles? "
" Hyung! Don't call me that! "
" Oh, when did Tae arrive? " Namjoon saunters in, giving Taehyung a short back hug over the seat and ruffling his hair before he sits down.
Jin sighs, " Is Jungkook still sleeping? What's with his sleep schedule? " Hoseok shrugs, " Put him to work, then. Maybe he'll wake up on time. " he chuckled and Namjoon nodded.
