Chrystelle, the land of the North.
A kingdom located near the Heil mountains that were known for its harsh and cold winters. But it is not a problem for the people of Chrystelle as they have adapted to the harsh temperatures as well as their magic.
In fact Chrystelle was the home of many great ice magicians who had gone to the academy at Aster.
The kingdom of ice held a rather large number of prestige duchies through out its territory, but the ones who reigned over the north —
Are the Kangs.

Heavy snow poured outside the Kang estate, coating the gardens into a pure white wonderland. Kang Seojin was outside his balcony, watching the slow descend of the snowflakes. He was a monarch of fairness, a great king to his nation and a good father to his children.
The King was everything of greatness — yet why did it come to this?
The crowned prince, a child out of wedlock, a dancer of a mother whom died during the plague.
A few words His Majesty had caught on when his trusted investigator came to him.
The King had long known of his eldest son's philandering problem, he had long gave up of trying to get it out of his child's system. Accepting the fact that it was Cheol's problem and his problem alone.
But it's a different situation when there's a child involved — especially when said child has now become an orphan now that his mother died in the plague.
'My goodness,' the King thought. 'It had been two years since the plague, how old is this child now?'
Did his son not know that he got a woman pregnant? Or maybe he did know and chose to turn a blind eye as he was already married?
The thoughts end there once Seojin hears the doors open behind him, slow yet soundful accompanied by footsteps of two people. The king knows who they are, there was no need for him to look back.
"Your Majesty," a low voice drawled. "I have brought the crowned prince upon your request."
He could hear feet shuffling against the polished floor, a habit his son does when he is nervous.
"Thank you Jung, you may leave us now," said the King, eyes still resting on the snow covered gardens. He hears footsteps fade before the soft closing of the doors.
The room was silent, too much that the tension and anxiety of his son could be felt—perhaps maybe even taste the bitterness of Cheol's anxiety.
He hears his son take to frantic steps forward. "Father I can explain!" Cheol exclaimed, voice wavering, "I told the wench I'm not having it but she insist keeping that child! I tell you father she wants to get into the royal family that's why she—"
"Do you know where she is now?" the King asked.
Cheol went silent, a bit taken aback from the question. "I do not know, she must be dancing in other clubs."
"And the child?"
The crowned prince scoffed, "Probably following its mother's path—"
"He," Seojin corrected him, how dare his son refer to a child as an it when he had children himself. Especially said child is one of his offsprings.
Cheol blinked, "He?"
This time, the King turns to face his son, "Your child is a he not an it Cheol-ah, I raised you better than that."
