Here is the very first chapter of Releasing The Trapped. This happens quite a while before the main event in the story the date is 2017 in this chapter. I don't own any of the characters except Akari, her parents, the police operator and the cops. Please enjoy.
It was evening around seven thirty on a Friday when Akari Takashi's Friends started arriving at her house. Akari was having a weekend long get together and had invited her ten closest friends over. She had also invited her cousin and another friend of some of her other attending friends but those two couldn't make it. It would just be the eleven of them.
Akari's boyfriend, Mick Suzuki, had come over a few hours ago to help her set up for the get together. Next to arrive was Zac Kaneguro who arrived a little before seven thirty. Bowie Sasaki and Freddy Inoue both arrived at exactly seven thirty followed by Kyo Sandai a few minutes later. Katana Sakaki and Shinki Mikuni arrived just before eight and at exactly eight O'clock Gabe Brunai arrived dragging a not so happy and somewhat unwilling Lui Shirosagi with him.
"He didn't reallywant to come and socialize but I made him," Gabe said as he, Lui and Akari cameinto the living room together after she'd let them in.
"Aww don't be like that Lui," Akari said pretending to pout. "It isn't so bad to socialize a little. Thanks for dragging him over Gabe."
Akari put her cell phone down on the coffee table in front of the couch she, Mick and Zac sat on after ordering pizza for supper. Fifteen minutes later a knock sounded at the front door followed by the door bell ringing. Akari herself got up to answer it and returned with Orochi Ginba. Orochi took a seat on one of the many chairs set up around the room. Twenty minutes after Orochi's arrival the pizza arrived.
There were three large pizzas. One meat lovers, a pineapple and one with everything. The drinks included water, Root Bear, Coke, Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. Since Gabe and Zac were both twenty they could legally drink alcohol if they so chose and they did. Even though they weren't supposed to the eighteen and nineteen year old's also had a little alcohol themselves curtsey of the two older attendees.
Akari was onlyseventeen and had only had a sip. Her eighteen year old boyfriend had asked herto try a little from a bottle he'd snagged from Zac. Zac had let him have itand even chuckled a little. Only a few hours later everyone was tired andturning in for the night.
Everyone but Lui had a roommate. Akari was of course with her boyfriend Mick in her room. Bowie had Freddy as a roommate. Katana roomed with Shinki. Zac was with Orochi and Gabe and Kyo roomed together. Lui was alone because he wanted to be alone. He didn't want a roommate.
All eleven friends slept peacefully throughout the night. The next day was Saturday. The group woke up at around seven in the morning. They ate a quick breakfast then left the house to hang out at the mall for several hours. After the mall they hung out at a nearby park for a bit.
Akari leaned againstMick in the shade of a tree. The others lounged about not far from them. Allbut Lui was present. He'd decided to go train alone while everyone else hungout and had fun at the mall and park.
"I hope nothing comes between us and we stay like this forever and ever," Akari mused.
"Nothing is going to come between us," Mick told her firmly wrapping his arms protectively around her. "We'll never be apart."
"You promise Mick?"
"Yeah. I promise."
"Good. When this weekend is done we need to talk about something. Just the two of us. Okay?"
