Natsuki POV
It was the first day back at school. In a way, I was glad. I had something to distract myself from thinking about what had happened at the sleepover. I don't even want to talk about, it's way too confusing.
Even though I had made cupcakes, I forgot we had a new member. I had had barely any sleep so my stupid brain just thought they were for just a normal day at the club.
I only remembered when Monika ran into me on my way to 3rd period.
"Oof! Sorry Natsuki!" She helped me to my feet, "Oh before I forget please tell you baked cupcakes for our new member!"
"New member?" I asked.
"Oh please don't tell me you forgot!" Monika cried, "I'm working off my feet - five members means an official club which means a heck load of paperwork!"
It took me a while to process, "Oh! Yeah, MC was it? Yeah I made the cupcakes."
"Thank god!" Monika gasped, and rushed off to who knows where leaving me dazed and confused.

I wasn't that bothered about it. It was just some new member! I didn't know why everyone was overreacting. Monika was stressed out and even Yuri couldn't be able to read, her book was open but her eyes weren't moving and she hadn't turned a page in over 10 minutes. I was slumped against the clubroom wall reading my manga. 
There had been several times when Monika had tried to introduce new members, but they either stayed one meeting in which they just messed around or never showed up. Nobody seemed comitted, and to tell the truth, I didn't mind. I wanted the club to stay like this forever.
Finally Sayori burst open the door, "Sorry I'm late!" She cried, "I had to find our club's newest member!" She shoved a tall dark haired boy into the room.
"That's not set in stone!" He yelled flustered, then stopped as he looked around the room. Yuri, Monika and Sayori were crowding around him and I reluctantly joined. "Seriously, you bought a boy?!" I snapped, "Way to kill the atmosphere!"
"Ehehe, that's Natsuki!" Sayori said to the boy, completly ignoring me, "You can ignore her when she gets moody!"
I opened my mouth to retort, but Sayori interrupted me, "And this is Monika! She's the president!" Sayori said with such enthusiasm it made it seem as though being president of a small club was the best thing in the world.
"We've met before haven't we MC?" Monika smiled, "We were in the same class last year." She explained to us. MC just nodded, blushing. 
"And it seems we've met before..." Yuri said softly. MC turned to her and to my dismay his face lit up, 
"No way!" I scratched the back of his head, "I never caught your name..."
"That's Yuri!" Sayori smiled, "How'd you meet?"
"Oh, we just ran into each other at Tearooms and Books, the cafe." Yuri replied. 
"My cousin loved those books by the way!" He smiledat Yuri who smiled back.
"I'm glad." She replied.
Out of all the guys at school, MC had to be the one Yuri had met at the cafe! Monika chuckled, "It seems you know everyone apart from Natsuki!" 
"Hmph!" I sniffed and turned away. 
Sayori turned to MC, "We normally hang out and eat snacks and drink tea, then share poems!" She gasped, "That reminds me! Can I get the cupcakes?"
"Hey I made them, I should get them!" I retorted. I swept off while I heard Yuri say, "And I'll make some tea."
MC followed Yuri, and while pretending to check the cupcakes I eavesdropped on their conversation. Not that I was jealous! I just wanted to see how they got on.
