Rivertree was laying in her den. 'Lionspot is so nice,' she thought. 'I'm not in love am i? Of course not, I'm a medicine cat. I don't love Lionspot.' "Is there something wrong, Rivertree?" Dawnpaw asked. "No," Rivertree answered. "Nothings wrong." 'It's better if i don't tell him,' she thought. "I'm going to collect some herbs," she said. She stood up and walked away. Lionspot ran towards her. "I'll help you," he said. "Oh," Rivertree muttered. "Thank you, that's very nice." She felt flustered and hated herself for it.

Snakewhisker rolled her eyes at Darkbreeze. 'And of course she does want to share with Stormtail, but with her best friend,' Snakewhisker thought 'That absolutely not.' She sighed loudly. 'I just wish i was brave enough to tell her how I feel.' She walked out of  the camp and ran after a mouse, but missed when she tried to kill it. 'I still don't understand the prophecy,' she thought. The prophecy that Starclan had sent her, had been on her mind ever since she and the other cats had met up at the island. 'A breeze that causes darkness everywhere it can and the claw that ruins every pelt,' she repeated in her head. Before she could think any further into it, she smelled her clan mate Crowclaw. "What are you doing here?" Snakewhisker asked. Crowclaw looked at her in surprised. "Oh, ehm," Crowclaw muttered. "Just thinking about a very long time ago." "About when?" Snakewhisker asked curiously. Crowclaw looked at her suspiciously, as if he didn't trust her. "You weren't alive that time," he said. "I don't want to talk about it anyways, but what are you doing here?" "I was just away from camp, to be alone. Darkbreeze always ignores me and I'm kind of sad about it," Snakewhisker answered. "Ah yes," Crowclaw muttered. "I saw that. I'm really sorry for you, Snakewhisker." "I think there's something wrong, she seems mad. Maybe I did something wrong," Snakewhisker said. "Maybe we could walk together and talk about it. Then I talk about my thing as well." Crowclaw said. Snakewhisker nodded. She really wanted to know what was bothering Crowclaw.

'I think it might be a good idea to tell Snakewhisker. I can trust her,' Crowclaw told himself. "So about what were you thinking?" Snakewhisker asked. "A long time ago Fairystar from Thunderclan lived in Shadowclan, back then she was Fairyheart. We were in love," Crowclaw said. Snakewhisker gasped. "Really?" she asked. Crowclaw nodded. "But she wanted to go back to Thunderclan, the clan where she was born. She asked me to come to with her, but I sad no," he continued. "Why?" Snakewhisker asked. "I don't belong in Thunderclan, like she does. But I think about her almost everyday. I feel like I had to go with her," Crowclaw muttered. "I didn't know that at all!" Snakewhisker said. "But you could still join her in Thunderclan, right?" "Maybe I could, but i don't want to leave Shadowclan. Plus she's their leader," Crowclaw said. "And she already has kits, that can't be my mine." "I'm so sorry," Snakewhisker muttered. "Now I feel bad complaining about me and Darkbreeze." "No worries," Crowclaw said. "But please don't tell anyone." "I promise I won't," Snakewhisker said.
