It was almost half a year at this point helbram moved out of his sister's house and in with king witch of course made both king and Oxford happy. King still taught at the college and helbram still going by Hellen was a student that people where getting vary suspicions of. After a long day of teaching annoying twenty years old it was nice to come home to a little fur baby and loving partner but what our favorite ex-fairy king was not expecting was two hours later the door bell to ring. 
"Hm it's 5 pm who's at the door!" Helbram yelled sitting up and king got up and shrugged.
"I don't know maybe the land lord?" He didn't know ether so when he opened the door and didn't see anyone it was strange "who was it?" Helbram called getting up to see for himself. King looked down the hall and was about to step out but his foot hit something. Looking down there was a little basket with a lavender blanket tucked inside. 
"A package??" Watching way to meny movies and shows to learn about humans more king crouched down and little the blanket pure surprise washed over him when he saw the contents.
"Helbram...luv...that is a child" both where shocked but having some parental instinct king took the basket inside to the couch being as delicate as he could. 
"Harley we don't know who's child that is" the green fairy or more of a human now followed his partner to the couch watching as he removed the lavender blanket showing a little baby with pale red hair and pointed ears and green scales. 
"Is this..." "there's a note!" King took out the note reading it allowed " dear king, I know it's been a very long time a few thousand years In fact. the realm we made for our kind is no longer safe I only had enough power to transfer a little Iris over please take care of him where I cannot. He is last thing I have of his father, from...the rodents sin Judas?" This news was surprising the real of magics was ment to be safe for there kind but hearing from the inside of the realm it was no longer safe was concerning.
"I thought you looked fimiler" king chuckled picking up the little serpent fairy and cradling him in his arms, the little one opened his eyes revileing a great eye and demonic eye. 
"Soooo are we keeping him?" "I mean we kinda have to like Judas said he's the last thing he has of gloxinia" helbram was a bit confused on how this few months old was the child of the first fairy king and his bodyguard when one was dead and the other was still alive apparently. 
"So iris Kingsley? Because I'm to younger apparently to have a child soooo" helbram sighed a bit disappointed but how the little guy was now awake and waving his hand for king.
"It's ok I'm willing to take responsibITILY!" Iris found kings bangs pulling on them harshly making him Yelp In pain and helbram laugh his ass off. 
"Well looks like we're dads now to a little serpentine fairy thing" "um ya ah how are we going to hid his scales?" "Good question your the one with magic!" King sighed in annoyance and looked down at the little boy in his arms a small smile growing on his face.
"I'll figure something out honestly I'm just glad Judas sent him to us because this is pure joy In a blanket here." He brought iris up to his face like a mother with a newborn, it was a sweet moment for all of them. Helbram smiled at this as iris went to pull kings hair again it was adorable pure cuteness in that moment sadly there quickly going to figure out how hard it is to raise a child let alone a child that is half of a endangered species.
