Nobody's POV:
Enid had just walked into the dorm and was immediately approached by an exited Wednesday "Eniiid can we go on a date somewhereee" Wednesday was oddly needy, maybe it was because they hadn't gone anywhere recently, there had been a bad heat wave so it was incredibly hot. They walked out of their air conditioned room and were immediately hit with a wave of heat, it felt like when you opened the oven after it had been on for a while. Enid quickly took off her jacket but Wednesday did not. Enid shrugged it off and they both started walking through the heat to Jericho.

Wednesdays POV:
It was so. Hot. She was practically drenched in sweat, but she refused to take her jacket off. She didn't like showing her bare arms for some reason. Once they made it inside they sighed softly with relief as they felt the cool air. They sat down at a table and enid ordered some weird overly sweet drink. Wednesday ordered a simple black coffee. They talked for a while before Enid asked "wens, why did you refuse to take your jacket off? You're drenched." Wednesday looked down at her drink and shrugged "I dunno.." Enid frowned and got up to sit next to Wednesday, rubbing her shoulder. "Hey.. are you ok?" She nodded and leaned against the blonde. After they had finished their drinks, they paid and walked back through the heat. It felt even longer this time. Once they got back she went straight to her closet and came out in a fresh sweater. She then collapsed onto her bed with a sigh. Enid sat next to her but she quickly pulled Enid down to hug her. Enid smiled and kissed her forehead "I'm so glad you're mine."
