It was the time of night, the moon was shining over the Khanna mansion where the whole Khanna family was sitting in Avneil room. 
Shweta: I think, Avni should not go abroad. 
Avni was shocked. Neil looked at Avni because he knew that she will not agree for that even though he doesn't want to go by leaving her there. 
Shweta: She is pregnant. She should... 
Avni: Nnnno... Iiii. I will go with Neil. 
Neil was looking at Avni. 
Neil: Avni, relax, don't take the stress. Everyone is giving their opinion. 
Avni looked at Neil. 
Avni: I will go and that's final. 
Bebe: Putter, Shweta is saying right. 
Avni shook her head. 
Avni: I will go. 
Neil: But what is the need to go? Doctors are also here and Doctor Kapoor is also a good doctor. 
Avni: Yes and he has suggested Doctor Thomas. He is the best. He gave 80% chance of survival so I think, we should go there.

Shweta made a face and Prakash sighed. 
Prakash: ok then it's final that Avni will come with us. 
Avni smiled and Neil smiled to see her. Avni looked at Neil and they gave a smile to each other. 
Neil cupped Avni's face with one hand: happy. 
Avni nodded. Neil smiled and Avni sighed. Everyone smiled to see her. 
Some days passed and the whole Khanna family was ready for abroad. Avni was sitting on the bed and a suitcase was kept on the bed. Neil came by carrying clothes from the cupboard and kept them on the bed. Neil sat and he helped Avni in packing. 
Neil: where are the warm clothes that I bought a few days back for you? 
Avni: oh, I forgot about them. There are those clothes on the couch. I forgot to pick them up from there. Wait, I am getting them. 
Avni was about to get up. 
Neil: You sit. I am going. 
Avni smiled. Neil got up and goes. Neil came back carrying shopping bags and kept them on the bed.
