Good Morning Mr. Castle

Patience wasn't something Frank had much of lately, sitting in an office inside the courthouse was making his temper flare by the second. The faint sound of heels strutting down the hallway at a steady pace grew louder and louder before stopping right outside of the door where he heard nothing but a faint voice, unable to make the words out he brings his head down while twiddling his thumbs, as he begins to tune out the voices the door gently opens.

"Good morning Mr. Castle, my name is Sienna Forbes. I'm a defense attorney for the state and I'll be taking over your case from here."

Without looking up he scoffs "Last guy couldn't finish the job or something ? They had to send a-..." he suddenly stops when he glances over seeing her black  stilettos. He slowly traces her legs, the curves at her hips, when his gaze is met with a glare that knotted up his stomach as she waited for him to finish his sentence. He can't get the rest of the words out, instead all he manages to mutter out is a "hey" softly under his breath. Not breaking the stare for a moment Sienna sighs before turning away to set her things down, then turning back to face him once more.

"I'm gonna pretend you weren't about to say what I think you were gonna say, and we'll start this introduction all over again. Sound good ?"

Keeping his gaze locked on hers he nods as she introduces herself all over again. He can't help but lose himself in her beauty as she goes on explaining how they'll proceed with his case. While she continues to talk he examines the little details on her face, like the beauty mark on her left cheek, and her perfectly shaped lips.

"Do you think this is something you'd like to do ?" She asks.

Getting no response she waits for a second before realizing she might've completely lost him as she takes in his spaced out gaze.

"Mr. Castle !" She snaps in a firm tone bringing him out of his trance. He sits back in the chair clearing his throat trying to avoid her stare. If he was gonna be completely honest with himself, her tone of voice along with the way she looked at him was kind of a turn on. He looks up through his brows slowly bringing his face up to meet her gaze, he locks in giving her his undivided attention. With their gazes locked she gets slightly flustered brushing her hair behind her ear bringing her head down.

The intensity in his eyes, the way he focused in on her, did something to her. She quickly composes herself walking around the table to grab a folder, she fumbles through the papers avoiding his stare which she can feel from across the room.

"There's two ways this can play out for you... what I've been able to gather can clear your name & you get out of this scot free." She pauses for a moment, he sits up searching her face. "What's the other option ?" He asks. She looks up meeting his gaze not saying a word for a second afraid of how he'll react to what she's about to say.

"If they pull something out of their asses... we're looking at a 10 year sentence." He slaps his hands on his thighs as he rises from his seat he runs his hand across his face trying to keep his composure but fails, he snaps knocking the chair over, she doesn't flinch. She keeps her eyes on him as he paces the room, slowly tracing his frame. He finally stops, and looks over locking his gaze with hers. Her big doe eyes staring at him from across the room give his stomach a warm sensation & knot up his throat. He didn't understand how a woman he's just met managed to tear him apart with just a stare, almost bringing him to his knees. All he knows is whatever she'd ask him to do, whatever she'd tell him, he'd listen... he'd do anything she says. He clears his throat as he looks over at the chair he just tossed, he picks it back up taking a seat.

"Sorry about that... I just-.. I'm trying to stay on the right path here. I didn't kill anyone.." she nods looking down at the papers in her hand, keeping quiet she walks back over standing in front of him. He slowly looks up tracing her body until he meets her gaze. She flashes a soft reassuring smile that makes his heart feel like it'll pound right out of his chest.

"We won't let them turn this around on you. I'll be working around the clock to clear your name."

He believed her. It was the fire in her eyes, or maybe it was simply the confidence she walked in the room with. She meant business, and whatever it was she had to help him he completely trusted her. Literally he trusted her with his life, because if by some chance these murders were pinned on him his life was just as good as gone.
