It was the time of the night, silence was all around the Khanna mansion. The clouds hide the moon behind them. The door opened and Avneil were standing at the door. Neil signed Avni, you first. Avni smiled and she entered the room. Neil was behind her and he switched on the light. Avni looked at the room and she got emotional to see it. She looked around and Neil take off his garland and moved to the room. Avni saw their wedding picture on the bed and she turned her face to see Neil who smiled and looked down. Avni turned her face and she goes to the wall and saw their pictures. Neil goes to keep the garland on the table and then he turned. Neil was feeling awkward because suddenly, everything changed and he didn’t expect that. Neil was coming to Avni by rubbing his hands. Neil came to Avni. 
Neil: ab. Aa. 
Avni was looking at the pictures. 
Avni: you didn’t remove them. 
Neil smiled. 
Neil: these pictures were the reason of my living who could I remove them. 
Avni looked down and then she turned to him. She looked around.
Avni: everything is in its place. Nothing is changed. 
Neil: you will get everything in its place as it was. 
Avni looked at him. 
Avni: you love me this much? 
Neil: I don’t have words to express it. 
Avni was looking at him. Neil looked down. 
Avni: then why didn't you tell me that? 
Neil: because I was dumb. I realized my love late and when I realized it then destiny separated us. After that, I tried a lot but you were not ready to hear anything. 
Avni: means we both are dumb in the matter of love. 
They chuckled. Avni’s eyes were teary. 
Neil; you can say this. 
They smiled. Neil moved to her and cupped her face. They got emotional. 
Neil: I am sorry, Avni. I am sorry for all those hurtful words. I know, I hurt you a lot and this time, I hurt you intentionally. But, trust me, Avni, I was helpless. When I hurt you, I got more hurt than you. Please, forgive me. 
Avni shook her head, and Avni held Neil’s hand in her hands. 
Avni: I am sorry. I am sorry, I didn’t trust you. When you needed me the most, I was not with you, please forgive me. 
Neil shook his head. 
Avni: whatever, you did, whatever you said, you said that for my betterment. I should understand your hidden pain. I should believe my heart who was asking me to believe you, who was saying that something is fishy, my Neil cannot say this to me. 
Neil looked at Avni emotionally. 
Avni: But, I didn’t listen to my heart. I hurt you a lot. I am sorry. How did you bear all that alone? 
Neil: It was not easy for me but your memories were with me. Whenever I felt low, your memories gave me strength. If your memories were not with me then I would have drowned till now. 
Avni got emotional and she hugged Neil. 
Avni: I am sorry. 
Neil: I am sorry too. 
They cried. They felt something in their feet and heard a sound. 
Meow. 
They broke the hug and were still in each other’s arms. They saw Daisy and smiled.
