In the Last chapter......
                          
At Kaede's hut, Kagome, shippou and old hag was sleeping inside.
Kagome had changed into a sleeping yukata.
I had my own hut but I felt like sleeping here. I sat in the corner beside Kagome and drifted away in my dreams.
                          
Inuyasha's P.O.V
                          
The bright light shone on my face and awoke me from my slumber. I looked to my left. Kagome was gone! (So was Shippou and Kaede but he doesn't care)
                          
I jumped up, grabbed Tessaiga and ran out.
The sunlight blinded me but as I adjusted to it I saw...
                          
Kikyo!
                          
I reached my hand out.
                          
"Good morning Inuyasha!" Kagome's voice came out from her mouth.
                          
I blink once

Thrice
                          
Then I realised it was just Kagome. With her hair longer and wearing miko's clothing Kagome looked so much like her.
I grit my teeth.

"SIT!"
                          
"Gaaah!" I fell facedown on the cold hard dirty ground.
                          
I got up quickly, my eyebrows twitching, "Ka.Go.Me" I glared.
                          
She giggled which sounded like music to my ears.
I realised I was blushing slightly and so I looked away.
                          
"Hey look, Inuyasha's blushing!" That brats voice sniggered.
                          
My mouth twitched.
I turned around to face that brat and bashed his head.
                          
Narrator's P.O.V
                          
"Ow! Kagome, Inuyasha is hitting me again, look a lump is forming already!" Shippou complained but when he looked around, Kagome was gone "where did she go?"
                          
"She's gone to take a walk around the village. Inuyasha, Miroku's asking for you to go with him for a a job request." Kaede piped up behind shippou, applying some ointment made from mashed up herbs on his lump.
                          
Inuyasha nodded "I'll see if Kagome wants to tag along" and with that he ran into the village.
                          
Inuyasha's P.O.V
                          
I followed Kagome's scent and found her near the rice paddies with her bow and arrows talking with Rin and Kohaku. Sesshomaru was behind pretty far away in the trees watching Rin for a bit and I swear I caught him peeking at Kagome with a hint of curiosity and interest.
                          
"Kagome!" I shouted. I ran up to her and pointing my thumb behind me. "Miroku and I are going on a job request, want to come along?"I asked but in my mind I demanded.
                          
Beside her Rin just smiled and ran to where Sesshomaru and ugly toad (Jaken)was.
Kohaku did the same except "cya, gonna go slay some evil demons" he waved and jumped Kirara who magically appeared and they flew off somewhere.
