Chapter 52: Make You Pay..

                                    

                                          
SEVERUS POV
"Professor, Mrs.Snape said she was going to walk home. She left about 15 minutes ago.." Rebecca says as she twiddles her hands in front of you.. 
Ah.. thank you for letting me know.. 
Severus pats the student on the back and walks out of the meeting room.. 
As Severus walks along the path to towards their home, he is stopped dead in his tracks when he sees (Y/N) in the air struggling and trying to break free of a spell... He sees a dark hooded figure standing with his back facing and Severus quickly grabs his wand.. 
"I wouldn't if I was you..." the man says as he turns his head.. he sees the very familiar death eater mask.. 
Severus lowers his wand and  sets it on the ground in front of him.. 
Why are you here? 
"Well Severus, I had heard of your wife...and you were having a child.. a boy... Seeing that there is very few of us death eaters left... I felt the need to..pay a visit.." 
He pulls (Y/N) closer, the sight of her being held in the air is turning his stomach... The visions are coming true, and now he has got to figure out what he is going to do... 
"Severus, we are not happy about your betrayal.. We have been figuring out how we wanted to.. make you pay..." 
How did you know (Y/N) was with child? We have kept this a secret?
"Not well enough.." He puts his free hand on the  mask.. and pulls it off.. Gaspar Avery.. 
"Samuel is my son, I sent him here to learn about you and.. (Y/N)" He says cocking his head towards her.. 
Severus looks up at her and sees a tear flowing down her cheeks.. 
"Don't cry.. We never wanted him in the first place!" he hisses.. "His mother was a muggle maid that we had bought at one point.. I needed a good time one night when  was alone, made the mistake of getting her pregnant.. I decided to take care of Samuel hoping that one day he would pay off.. Well, he served his purpose..." He lowers (Y/N) down to the ground.. and she falls to the ground limp.. from trying to fight the spell.. 
What do you want from me? Severus says as his fists ball up, trying not to run and beat the man to a pulp.. 
"I just want to make you suffer.." He turns to (Y/N).. 
I will do anything! Please-
"Severus.. your pleas will do nothing..I know what I am here for.." 
He looks (Y/N)... "Samuel, come out.. I know you are there... "
Samuel Emerges from the bushes holding his wand in his hand.. 
"Constrain him" He says dead faced at Samuel.. 
Samuel looks at Severus with fear in his eyes... and constrains him.. Gaspar smiles and turns back toward (Y/N).. 
When Gaspar is not looking at Samuel, Samuel inches ever so closer to (Y/N)... He looks at Severus, then looks down at the wand on the ground...And begins to get as close as he can get without his father noticing.. 
"Sever-" (Y/N) says in a sob..
"DO NOT SPEAK" Gaspar yells...
Then suddenly he holds his wand towards (Y/N)...

YOUR POV
It's just like the vision, Severus in the background... the man standing in front of you and you laying here... You look at Severus and only hope he can see what your eyes are trying to convey.. I love you...
You put your hand on your belly and think of your son.. I love you... 
You look up at Gaspar.. and he holds the wand towards you.. You close your eyes...
Almost like it was in slow motion, you hear the words... 
"Avada...Kedavra..." But when you open your eyes.. You see Samuel jumping in front of you.. Taking the spell onto him.. 
Severus, grabs his wand and you hear..."Stupify" and Gaspar hits the ground.. You can see Minerva in the distance...
But in front of you lies the boy you that has just saved you, and your newborn son's life.. 
Samuel, Samuel! You grab his body and hold it close to you.. You look into his eyes.. but he is gone... You clutch the boy to your chest and began to wale... The sobs wreck through your body.. as you hold him to your chest..
Thank you Samuel.. Thank you.. you say into his ear.. holding him tightly to you.. 
You feel Severus' arms pull you in.. as you both sob..and hold the boy... 
Hagrid ties up Gaspar and they begin to take him away... 
Minerva walks towards you both and bends down.. touching the face of the boy who just saved you.. 
"A brave soul indeed..We never knew it.."

Severus and you sit in the living room of your home, not knowing how to handle what happened tonight.. You hold the cup of tea in your shaky hands... and stare down into the dark abyss.. 
"It will be ok my love.." Severus says placing a hand on your thigh... rubbing circles with his thumb.. You can tell by the look in his eyes, that this is just as much of as struggle for him as it was you.. 
Suddenly you hear a knock on the door, Severus stands and walks over... Minerva stands there.. 
"come in.." Severus says.. Leading her towards a seat.. 

"Gaspar woke fairly quickly, seemed quite distraught about his son...He asked to see him..  but we told him, only if he would tell us where the rest of the death eaters where... He quickly did.. Soon they will all be arrested and charged.." 
Did you really let him see Samuel? You say placing your tea down on the end table..
"Through a glass window.. We will cancel class tomorrow and have a private burial.. You two are welcome to come.." 
You nod your head, cupping your belly and looking down..Thank you... "You are welcome, try to sleep tonight.."

You slide into your cotton Pj shirt, and put on some short shorts.. crawling into the bed beside Severus.. 
He wraps you in his arms and holds you close.. 

"I love you my darling..." He says running his hand through your hair and resting it on your back.. 
I love you to.... I really don't know how I'll slee.. you feel yourself drifting.. Severus putting you to sleep with a spell as he held you in his arms..
