Recap: Y/N was at Obanai's house and the two were hugging each other 
Author's Note:
Hey guys. Sorry I didn't upload last week but I had exams so this week I made the chapter as long as I could and I uploaded it a day early. This chapter takes place almost two weeks after what happened at Obanai's house and the two are finally ready to tell the others about their relationship. Their relationship has developed a little but not too much. Most of this chapter will be from Obanai's POV and Mitsuri's POV. Also, I'm dedicating this chapter to Obanai and Mitsuri's relationship mostly. I want to give the others some of the spotlight but center the story around Obanai and Y/N at the same time. Anyways enjoy

Obanai POV: 
Right...
Today is the day that we're opening up to the others about our relationship...
I'm pretty sure I've moved on from Mitsuri already...
But...I still miss the times we had together...
°°Flashback°°
Mitsuri POV 
I had just become a hashira and I was lost in the masters mansion...
I couldn't find anyone and I started freaking out. What was gonna happen?
Would I starve, would I fall,Would I die?!
"Are you okay?"
I bumped into a short boy with a snake wrapped around his neck 
"AHHHHH! IT'S A SNAKE!" I squealed out 
"Relax..." he said in the most soothing voice I'd ever heard. His voice sounded sharp but soft and calm at the same time 
His face was so pretty and his aggressive bangs made him seem a little scary...
However, his gorgeous, multicoloured eyes were soft...
I felt like I could get lost in his eyes forever...
I was a stuttering and blushing mess when I first saw him...
°°Present Time°°
Obanai POV: 
She was the apple of my eye 
I fell in love with her the second I laid my eyes on her...
She was so cute and kind to everyone...
She was the girl I loved...
The girl I wanted...
The girl I could never replace...
But I don't need to replace her...
She will always hold a special place in my heart and I still have those feelings...
Just not for her this time...
For Y/N, the most beautiful girl in the world...
°°AT Y/N'S HOUSE°°
Y/N POV:
About a month ago...
I was only focused on killing demons and helping people in need...
I never thought I would fall in love with someone...
I never wanted to fall in love with someone...
But he was an exception...
Him...
Only him...
Iguro Obanai...
His beautiful eyes, his precious scars (at this point Obanai had showed Y/N his scars), his mysterious aura, his charming voice, his two faced personality and the soft spot he had for me...
Who wouldn't fall for him?
I honestly can't believe Mitsuri dropped such a good catch...
Well, it's a good thing I was here to pick up the pieces...
Obanai POV: 
I took a shower, put on my uniform, made myself a cup of black coffee and took it to - go in my flask. I left the estate and made sure I locked the door properly.
I breathe in the cold, crisp air and walked towards the masters estate...
For the first time I admired the nature all around me and felt relaxed...
I wasn't sad, I wasn't bored and I wasn't worried about anything...
I felt a little sad I wasn't with Mitsuri but that sadness was surely beat by the happiness I felt that Y/N and I were telling the others we were together...
After sometime, I reached the estate. I was the third one there. Y/N and Mitsuri had reached before me. It was a little awkward being there with the person I used to love and my current girlfriend. 
"Hey...Iguro..." said Y/N feeling awkward as well 
"Yeah...hey..." said Mitsuri 
Mitsuri POV: 
This is so annoying. I have to be in the room while Y/N and Obanai share adorable looks and smile at each other...
That would have been me if I wasn't so oblivious and stupid ...
Why?
Why?
WHY?
Luckily, I don't have to endure much more of this torture
The master arrived and so did the others...
"Good morning my children," he said in his ever so relaxed voice
"Good morning master," we all replied in unison 
"I hope you are in good health master," said Giyuu 
Dammit! I wanted to say that!
The Master nodded and smiled at Giyuu 
"I have something to tell you all," said The Master, "There has been-"
"Master, I'm sorry to interrupt," began Iguro San, "but Y/N and I also have something to tell you. But you can go first..."
I know what's coming and I'm definitely not prepared 
"Thank you." said The Master, "Now as I was saying, there has been a demon attack in a nearby village. Luckily, there are no casualties......yet. For this mission, I would like The Serpent Pillar Obanai Iguro and The Love Pillar Mitsuri Kanroji to go together."
My eyes lit up. A mission with Iguro San? But he's anyways dating Y/N now so there's no point...
But the others don't know since he hasn't told them yet...
So maybeeeeeee I could get closer to him...
No I can't do that...
Or can I?
I want to but it doesn't feel right...
Or instead, I can try get him to like me more than Y/N without getting too close to him...
Yes! That's what I'll try to do!
But...will it work? Will he fall for me? And what will Y/N do to me? 
But I don't care what she'll do to me...
She knew I liked Iguro?
Didn't she?
She still stole him from me!
Obanai POV:
"Alright Kanroji, we're going on a mission together," I said with a sigh, "let's get this over with."
Y/N secretly gave me a kiss and Mitsuri and I left, following the Masters crow...
