Aiden's POV:
I slept 4 hours last night, and I couldn't feel worse.
Usually when these rare days came and I've slept less than 5 hours, anything pisses me off. I was already thinking of different ways to beg Snow to let me take a nap, because I wouldn't live if I didn't.
The worst part was that Chaos and Shooter were in fantastic moods when I ran into them.
I didn't think it was possible for human beings to run so well off of 4 hours. But both of them came down the hall singing a song in a different language. They're faces showed so much happiness that I was already getting mad. But they were use to it by now; going out and coming back home at random times. It was part of their job after all.
"Blondie!" Chaos laughed. "How'd you sleep last night?"
"Horrible," I mumbled.
Maybe there was extra coffee left in the cafeteria this morning?"Aren't you going to ask how we both slept?" Shooter tried to hide his smile for some reason.
I sighed, "how did you—"we didn't!" They bursted out laughing.
That made more sense now.
"Yep! Stayed up all night running around the city, stealing stuff from the cafeteria, or committing small crimes that we would rather keep to ourselves," Chaos slouched down in a chair.
"Sounds exciting. Please tell me we aren't doing much today, because I don't think I'll make it pass noon," I rubbed my face.
"Nope. Full day, so start drinking your coffee," Shooter yawned, "that reminds me, Snow said you need to meet her in the training room when you woke up. Not sure what she's planning on doing, but by how energized she was about it, I'd be carful. We're getting on the plane around 12:30, and we are eating before hand. Meet in the Lounge in...2 hours."
I wished that there was needed assistance, or a technical problem in that damn training room. But I knew that Snow what going to torture me once again.
Taking a horrendously long time to get there, I saw a distant crowd watching the room I was suppose to be. It was the most students I've seen in one place besides the main hall.
When I walked up, not one head turned away from the door. My curiosity got the best of me, and I squeezed into the crowd. My mouth dropped open slightly. It was Snow. Surprise surprise.
Four grown men circled her confidently, like predator with prey. She remained calm, unmoving while they all drew their weapons quietly. Each one of them were in their full suits with weapons and masks. The only difference with her and the guys, was that she was had no weapon.
And was completely blindfolded.
I felt like a student in a Jackie Chan movie, waiting for something amazing to happen. Leaning closer, more students around me tucked in to see.
If I had blinked a second earlier, I would've missed the blade coming at Snows head at full speed. From here, the sword looked as if it went straight through her. But she had moved, barely.
Another guy came at her, swinging at full speed.
Yet again, she dodged it. Blindfolded.
I had a second to be thankful I was here instead of on the other side. Snow was so much more skilled than I'd ever imagined. a part of me thinks that if the blond girl from last night went up to her to fight, she wouldn't stand a chance. Nobody would.
That kind of makes sense of why so many people are watching too.
