When it comes down to it, you're gonna have to make a very difficult decision. Whatever the issue may be, you're almost always going to have to make a choice. Sometimes it comes early, other times it comes later. Majority of the time, your decision is based off your own timing. My timing has been late recently and caused drama, tears, fights, and, relationship problems. That was surely coming to an end though since it was time for me to make a decision. I was struggling no doubt, but I needed to make one soon. Until then, I was left with planning.

I laid on my bed, staring up at the ceiling. It was midnight and I couldn't sleep for shit. I had been out all day, driving around and using the time to do some thinking. 24 hours passed since I did what I did to Sadie, and I was still trying to figure out what I was going to do with her. She haven't been home since then and I was fine with that. Hadley was still here though. Actually, she was taking up Sevyn's spot for the time being. She couldn't sleep alone and neither could I, so that explained why she was in here. At the moment, this was her spot until Sevyn came back. Hopefully, that was soon.

Tomorrow maybe.

I pray.

Feeling movement, I turned my attention away from the ceiling and at Hadley. I watched as she twisted and turned in her sleep until she found comfortability on her side, the way she was sleeping to begin with. Her hand found it's way to my face, smacking me. I instantly moved her hand, only for it to be placed on my face again. I tucked in my lips and let out a deep breath. I just decided to leave her hand there since it was obvious she was gonna put it back. This was going to be something seriously. I tried to go back to my thoughts as I looked at the ceiling, but was interrupted quickly after when I heard a loud thud.

My head shot in the direction of my door as I listened out. It went quiet for a second before another thud was heard then talking. Male talking. They were loud as hell and another person was shushing. I sigh, tossing the blanket off me. When it came down to it, you had to what you had to do. As the noise gradually increased in volume, I searched the shelf in my closet for my gun case, grabbing it once I found it. I haven't used my gun in a hot minute, so I was trigger happy for sure. I took the gun out and loaded it. Whoever was in my house was in a rude awakening.

I made sure Hadley was still sleep before opening the bedroom door. I looked out to see if anyone was there. Clear. I checked down the hallway to the other room and saw that the door was still closed. I was going to check inside the room, but heard the commotion downstairs. I hummed to myself knowing I got whoever it was. After shutting my bedroom door, I headed down the hall to the stairs and slowly made my way down them. The talking had died down but that didn't mean shit to me.

Completely down the stairs, I ended up seeing someone walking towards the door. I wasn't about to let them walk freely, so I raised my gun and pointed it directly at them. No type of warning either since they came into my home. Finger on the trigger, I pulled it and shot them in there leg. A loud cry of pain escaped from them and they looked back at me. I saw that it was some random ass dude which only pissed me off even more. He tried to continue walking out, so I shot him in his other leg and made him fall to the ground. The front door was opened soon after and I pointed my gun in that direction. I was so ready to pull the trigger again, but stopped when I saw Sadie.

I scrunched up my face, "Sadie?" I questioned, making her turn my way. A frightened look on her face made me put the gun down. The dude, whoever he was, was cursing his ass off as he laid on the floor in pain.
