(So this chapter is a little different but bc this fucking fanfic is #16 in Levight even though I haven't posted anything on them yet, this is what the chapter will be about- Enjoy!)
"Mother, I don't understand! I like women! Why can't you just accept that!?" The blonde girl said, desperately wanting her mother to approve of her.
"It isn't natural Alexandria, I have told you this thousands of times." The queen said sternly.
"I hate you mother!" Alex screamed as she ran up to her room in tears. In the corner of the throne room stood Alex's younger brother. He had been watching his mother and sister argue for almost an hour now. He felt guilty, he had been dating one of the men Alex was meant to be with before the agreement between Raoria and Acecia.
5 months earlier
"Ah, Queen Victoria. Lovely to see you again." The King of Ethirali spoke, proudly. Next to him was his son. Prince Levi. Light and Alex had been forced to join their mother and meet the King and his son. Light thought he looked beautiful. Like a perfect sculpture. He had black hair and eyes. They looked like you could get lost in them. He almost did when he felt a tug at his arm.
"Huh?" Light whispered. "Alex? What's up?"
"You're staring at him~" she whispered back, teasingly.
"S-Shut up..."
"Alex, Light, how about you both speak with Levi somewhere else." Their mother suggested.
"Yes, mother." Alex said, softly.
The three walked off and both Levi and Alex agreed on that they don't wanna date.
2 1/2 months later
Levi and Light began to become real close not long after. They'd grown feelings. They knew they wouldn't be able to push these feelings down.
"Hey... Light?" Levi said as he turned to the other.
"Hmm?" Light looked to him. "Yeah?"
"...Well, I have something to confess to you."
"Hmm? What is it?"
"Light, I really hope you don'tvhate me for this but, I... I really like you. Like, a lot! I know you probably don't feel the same but I had to get it off my chest."
Everything had gone silent. Light looked towards Levi, who was as red as a tomato.
"You... like me?" Light said in shock.
"Yes, yes I do."
"I like you too..." Light moved his hand to Levi's and held it tightly.
"You're telling the truth... right?"
"Yes. I like you as well Levi." They held eye contact before it was interrupted by a sweet, tender kiss. Both of them never wanted to forget this moment. As they parted, they smiled at each other softly in silence.
"Light," Levi said, his voice deep yet soft. "Would you like to be my boyfriend?"
Light looked at him, tears threatening his eyes.
"Yes," he said, happily. "I'd love to be your boyfriend..."
Present Day
Light walked down into the garden and layed in the grass for what felt like eternity. He was glad he met Levi... he was glad he had the best boyfriend in the world...
Levi was all Light needed...
