Is this something that everyone experiences, or am I the only one who has a hunch that today will be a bad day?

Going downstairs and not seeing Lydia making breakfast while dancing to Demi Lovato songs at maximum loud. Was a sight I was tempted to see. All of these memories flashed through my mind like a preview of how lovely our lives were before I grew irresponsible and lost her. Making me hate myself and for remorse to creep in.

"Hey Sira, are you fine?" called out Jacob.

"Yeah, yeah, dude, everything's fine. I woke up to find Lydia missing from my bed. Oh, wait, I can't seem to find her because she's been fucking abducted by a fucking maniac, and what am I doing sitting with you people in this fucking dining hall pretending nothing happened?" I spoke forcefully and got up, forcing the chair to creak loudly, drawing everyone's attention to us.I briskly walked toward the door and pushing it out and walked towards the bathroom.

Tanya POV

I smacked Jacob on the back of the head. "Why the heck would you say that, doofus? Do you realize what she's been through? Right now, all she can think about is Lydia and nothing else." I exhaled a sigh.

"She is in misery, you people, the love of her life has been taken and she believes it is her responsibility." I stood up, my bag slung over my shoulder, and faced them. "I'm going to talk to her, and instead of burying your head in the gutter, please use it for important things like figuring out a strategy to find Lydia."

I turned around and left cafeteria to find Sira. Walking through every classroom and not finding her. What if she happens to be in Lydia's class? That may be it. As I approached Lydia's classroom, I could hear some movement and murmuring inside.

I stepped in and found the Janitor standing behind the teacher's desk with a mop on the floor beside his foot.

"What are you doing here, Charlie?" I inquired. I'm not sure why, but his entire body language altered, and he was breathing heavily as if in a hurry.

"Ohh nothing kiddo, just cleaning the floor," he replied. I looking down at the mop then back at him. "I dropped the pen can and was scooping it up." I hummed and was about to go when he asked me a question. "What brings you here?"

"Oh, I was having difficulties with my math assignment, and Miss Grey mentioned we'd have a test today, so I figured I'd come by lunch to get help."

"Can you tell me where she is?" I asked.

"Nahh, I mean yes I know she is absent but I don't know why." he replied scratching the back of his neck.

"Ohh not a problem it means no tests for us students. Lucky us." I said.

He nodded, bending down to pick up his mop. "I think I'll leave..." I was mid-sentence when my eyes were drawn to something. The Tattoo. The same fucking tattoo...

"What did you say?" he inquired.

I hummed and replied "I was just saying I was going. Have a nice day, Charlie."

"You too kid, look after yourself." I smiled and went to find Aaron and Jacob just to find them at the end of the corridor. I hurried quickly towards them, glanced back for a split second to see Charlie staring at me and then walking away.

I was panting fiercely, wondering if he was implicated in Lydia's kidnapping. I mean, it's the same tattoo. "Hey Tanya, you alright?".

I simply nodded

"Are you sure?" he questioned again.

"I believe I found something linked to Lydia's kidnapping."

Both of their eyes widened in surprise and curiosity as soon as I stated this.

"What did you find out?" Aaron questioned.

"No, not now. First and foremost, we must find Sira. I have to notify everyone right away."

"All right, calm down, let's go."

We all began heading in the direction Charlie had gone, only to find him conversing with Sira at the end of the corridor. I ran as fast as I could towards them followed by Aaron and Jacob. Sira turned her head and saw us breathing heavily as we reached.

"What the heck are you guys running from?" she inquired. Jacob was about to say something when I interrupted him.

"Gurl, the bell has rung, we are late, come on, we have to leave." I turned my head and glanced at him bidding my wishes. "Goodbye, Charlie." Hope you rot in hell asshole.

I grabbed Sira's wrist and sprinted to the other end of the corridor, turning my head to look behind me and taking a left into the chemical lab.

Aaron shut and locked the door. "What's going on, guys? You're scaring me like crap." Sira said.

"Sira I'm absolutely sure of it. I know the tattoo guy." I said and raised my head to look at Sira. Her eyes were filled with rage. As though she could murder him right now if she could.

"Who is it?" she demanded, her hands clenched so tightly that her knuckles became white.

"Okay Sira calm down, first need to grab Lila then we gotta go home where the team is waiting for us okay."

"No, Tanya, tell me right now who the fuck is the guy!" she exclaimed, and I trembled. I was expecting her to become enraged.

Aaron approached her and placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Sira, you need to calm down; if Tanya tells you who it is, you'll simply go face him, exacerbating the problem. We must all think calmly in order to devise a way to save Miss Grey. Okay."

Sira just nodded. I took out my phone and texted Lila to meet us at the school parking lot, and I texted the group that we were on our way home and that I had found the tattoo man.

This is just going to get worse.
