Alex, Kara and Lena met up at Noonan's. Kara picked up Lena first to walk there together so there's no chance she had to be alone with Alex if Kara wasn't there before her. Kara understood that. Also, she promised Lena to be by her side the whole time since she knew how hard this will be for her.

"What if she doesn't like me?" Lena asked on their way to Noonan's staring at the ground, not risking looking up at Kara. She asked Kara that question multiple times and every time she assured Lena that Alex will love her. Still, Lena was nervous.

"She will love you, as I said a few times before," Kara laughed still not annoyed by the same question over and over again.

They arrived at Noonan's where Kara went to the door to hold it open for Lena. Lena suddenly halted before entering the building and looked like a deer in the headlights.

Kara quickly understood what's the matter and went to Lena to take one of her hands and walk in with her. She knew this always has a comforting effect on Lena. Every time she did that all tension in Lena resolved. And it worked this time again of course.

Lena felt something as Kara was taking her hand. A mixture of being nervous, getting calmed down by her best friend, being in love with her best friend, thinking about her wonderful smooth hands.

She got torn out of her thoughts by an unknown voice greeting her.

"Hey, you must be Lena. I'm Alex," Alex said offering a handshake. Lena took Alex's hand to shake it.

"Finally, I'm meeting you. I guess you can't imagine how much I know about you already," Alex exclaimed.

Perplexed Lena turned her head over to Kara not knowing which facial expression would reflect her own current state best.

"I'm sorry for taking you by surprise," Alex said sincerely.

Lena finally took herself together and answered Alex. "I'm sorry, I'm not good at meeting new people," Lena replied seeming sad about how she's acting. But that's how she always was around new people.

Under the table Kara's hand found its' way over to Lena's lap, lying down flat on it. Quite shocked Lena looked down to her lap, finding Kara's hand there. A shiver ran through her body but at the same time she built up the strength to open up.

"I'm sorry Alex, you must think I'm an idiot," Lena said unsurely hoping Alex would say something against it.

"Don't worry Lena. From Kara's telling, I know you're not and you just have to unfreeze."

By saying that Lena did unfreeze a little bit more. She realized Kara's hand left her lap leaving an increasingly cooling spot behind. But still, she felt more confident and ready to get to know Alex.

From that point conversation was easy. It wasn't only Kara and Alex talking but Lena was included already. They found out they all shared some similarities. Alex thought Lena was exactly as Kara described and Lena thought Alex was exactly as Kara described. Alex and Lena liked each other. Lena was happy that for the upcoming game night she had another person to cling to besides Kara.

They stayed at Noonan's until they had to get up and get to J'onn's house where they would spend their evening at.

--------------------------------------------------------------

As they arrived all the others already were there: J'onn of course, Kelly – Alex's girlfriend, Nia, Brainy and James. All of them were sitting spread out on three sofas that were standing around a table.

"Hi guys, this is Lena!" Kara introduced her, having the others' full attention. One after the other introduced their selves.

James was the last.
