"THIS IS BULLSHIT," Beck grumbled around the thermometer sticking out between her lips.

Stilinski stood at her bedside, waiting for the thermometer to finish with his arms crossed over his chest.  "I'm not the one who stayed out late in the preserve in the cold," Stilinski said as the thermometer released a beep.  Taking the device from Beck's mouth, Stilinski looked down at it before shaking his head.  "Yep, you still have a temperature. It looks like you're staying home sweetpea."

"But none of the others can get sick," Beck whined as she looked up at Stilinski.

"That's because the others have the supernatural ability to heal.  I think that helps protect against getting sick.  You, on the other hand, don't."

Beck released a groan before coughing.

Sighing, Stilinski ran a hand over Beck's hair.  "You just get some rest, okay?  I'll try to come by during lunch to check on you.  You need anything in the meantime?"

"The supernatural ability to heal," Beck coughed, holding a tissue up to her mouth.  At the look she got from Stilinski, the small blonde released a sigh.  "Gatorade, tissues, and cough medicine."

   "That I can do."

THE HOUSE WAS silent as the small blonde laid in her bed asleep.  A black cat laid curled on her back.  Aristotle could sense his master wasn't feeling well, deciding that he needed to lay on top of her instead of his usual spot on the windowsill to help make her feel better.

Suddenly, Aristotle's head perked up.  Releasing a meow, the black cat jumped off of the blonde.  The sudden movement made Beck wake up with a jerk.

Coughing, the small blonde glanced around before blindly grabbing for her phone to check the time.  How long had she been asleep?  Searching through a sea of tissues, Beck finally found the device as Aristotle gave a meow from the hallway.

Beck looked at the screen, seeing that she had been asleep for about five hours.  She also noticed she had received a message.

more Gatorade

Clicking send, Beck rolled over on her bed, noticing that her laptop was open.  Tapping the device awake, Beck found that Netflix was still open, the annoying 'Are you still watching?' window covering the screen.  Beck was watching Charmed when she fell asleep from the medicine.

Sighing, Beck shut her laptop.  She'd have to go back and see where she left off.  That show was really good.

Moving her laptop to her nightstand, Beck tilted her head towards the door when she heard a noise.  It sounded like a door opening.
