CHAPTER 9

                                    

                                          
Nang mahalata ng mga bandido na may ingay at kanilang nakita ang isang munting batang babae malapit sa puno ng narda. In front of Yumi the leader of the group appear in front of Yumi and stretch his hand to her without hesitation.
"Bata, okay ka lang ba?" The leader of the bandit said while still not taking the hand extended in front of Yumi.
Yumi didn't answered to him and just take his hand and wipe her clothes also shake off her cloak.
Yumi grin to the leader of the bandit that she saw. "Is this guy's lightly taking me, are they not aware that maybe I'm a foe or just someone a traveler?" Yumi cross her arm and looking deep at him.
The leader of the bandit scratches his head maybe he had a louse in head. 
"Alam mo bang dilikado ang gubat na ito sa kagayang katulad mo na bata." He said. "And Slumber Dusky Forest ay kinakatakutan na lugar ng buong Celestial Empire kaya hindi sila lumalabas ng lugar na iyon." The leader of the bandit added.
"You're kidding me; he's narrating something to the stranger." Yumi said to herself while listening to the leader of the bandit. 
Natinag si Yumi ng marinig ang sinabi nito tungkol sa Celestial Empire.
"What do you mean? Every one of the Celestial Empire is scared of the Slumber Dusky Forest." Yumi question even though she knows why.
"Dahil sa mababangis na hayop na nakatira sa Slumber Dusky Forest. Lalong lao nasa kasabihan na walang nakaka-alis rito." Sagot pa nito.
Yumi just nodding her head to him. 
"And?" Yumi answered.
The leader of the bandit just scratches his head of her answered and he look to her that even a one see bit of worried or anxious he can't see it. 
"Kid, as I said earlier that this forest is dangerous you can't came back to your own road." The leader of the bandit said in serious face that seems like he's going to pee to his pants.
*Tch*
Yumi clicked her tongue but the leader of the bandit heard it at the third time he just starches his head.
"Bata, binabalaan kita umuwi ka at 'wag kanang babalik pa rito. Naiintindihan mo?" the leader of the bandits warns her.
*Deja vu*
"Hayst." Yumi puff a big sighed to him. "Big guy, I think you we had misunderstanding here. I'm not going back to the Celestial Empire we're going to the downtown with my father." Yumi said she's saying half-truth and half- lie to him.
When the leader going to hold her shoulder and going warn her in the second time but Aero pop up out of nowhere and block Yumi to the leader of the bandit at the second time, the others notice their leader that in the tense situation all of them is on guard to take the upcoming battle but...it's all misunderstanding.
When Aero pop up she backward but her legs can't keep up so she's going to fall down when Aero saw that she instantly hold Yumi in his arm. The leader of the bandit was confused and shock at the same time looking at them.
"Yumi-chan, are you okay? Is there anything that you feel right now?" Aero said while not taking his eyes to Yumi in his arm. When Yumi answered him a shake head the Aero get angry to the leader of the bandit and face him while holding Yumi.
"You bastard, what the hell do you think you're doing." Aero shout to the leader of the bandit, without knowing what exactly happened.
As always, the leader of the bandit scratches his head. He's showing a confused face to them. Yumi get Aero's hand and she help herself to stood up of his arm and face him.
