"No you dont" Dean began cpr on Paige.
"1. 2. 3" He repeated "1. 2. 3"
Nothing.
Dean tried again for 5 minutes.
Nothing.
They heard ambulance sirens pull up in the yard.
Paige began to cough and Dean pulled her body up into a sitting position. She was alive.
The paramedics took Paige to the hospital and told Dean, Sam and Castiel to follow in the Impala.
"I need to go. I'll meet you at the hospital"

The doctor walked up to the brothers "She's out of surgery and is stable, but critical"
"Will she be okay?" Dean asked
"Shes in a coma. So there is no telling. Im sorry sir"
"Can we see her?" Sam asked, when he saw that Dean couldnt.
"Of course. But who may you two be?" The doctor asked "For the record"
"Boyfriend and brother" Dean told the doctor
"Come right this way" The doctor beckoned for the brothers to follow him.
They walked into Paige's room and saw the sorry state she was in.
"What are her injuries?" Sam asked
Dean walked over and pulled up a chair next to the bed. He watched her struggle to breath by the machine.
"3 broken ribs, 2 fractured, broken wrist, severe concussion, stab wound, broken right leg and she lost a lot blood" The doctor informed them.
"Will she survive?" Dean asked, his voice breaking, he held Paige's hand.
"Im sorry. I cant say right now. Shes a fighter" The doctor told Dean "Time will tell"
The doctor left and Dean squeezed Paige's hand.
"Im sorry Paige. Dont feel guilty about doing what you did. It wasnt your fault" He paused and looked at her with tears in his eyes "I love you"
Sam looked at his brother and he was so helpless with his brother.
