It's been around 10 days since y/n is in the hospital. The whole time taehyung kept his distance for y/n's safety. He wanted to take care of her and his kid but the best care he could give currently is staying away from y/n so she doesn't have panic attacks. 
He always follows y/n by staying out of y/n's sight. He smiles when he saw y/n playing with other kids at the hospital and smiling brightly, he sighs sadly when the reality hits him like a truck "he can never be the reason for her smile...at least not in this life", but again he smiles seeing her laughing with kids.  Such a beautiful sight....the sight he missed for months and the beauty he took away.
Taehyung stayed at the hospital 24/7. Sometimes his hyungs visit and get his clothes. Everything was smooth except for one thing. In the early days tae thought he didn't deserve to eat but when he tried to eat to stay strong to protect y/n he just couldn't eat. He couldn't stop thinking about the past which made it difficult for him to eat anything...he felt tired of trying to eat so he just left it and ignored his stomach growls.

One day as usual tae was sitting outside y/n's room. The nurse in charge of y/n came out of y/n's room.
Nurse: "Mr.Kim...I would like to ask you a favor.", she asked in shutter cause everyone knows tae is a dangerous mafia. 
Tae immediately got up and pilled tonnes of questions " What is it? Is there any problem? Is y/n okay? Is the baby okay? Should I call the doctor? sho-", he got cut by the nurse.
Nurse: "Mr.Kim is nothing big but just a small favor. I have urgent work for half an hr so could you please take care of y/n?", she said while looking down in fear.
Tae sighed cause his thoughts went really wild when the nurse asked for a favor and now he is relieved that y/n and the baby are safe.
Tae: "Don't worry I will take care of them. But please make sure to come back quick.", he said with a smile.
The nurse immediately bowed to him saying thank you.

After the nurse left tae sighed before opening the door.  He looked at y/n and smiled. She had her hands on her stomach securing her invisible belly. Yet again...such a beautiful sight. But a sight which he had to enjoy from far. 
He inside and sat on the sofa which was far from y/n cause he didn't want y/n to get startled by seeing him near her. 
Tae: *Today my body feels so tired. It feels like my head's spinning. God, please make sure I'm fine at least for this half an hr.*, he thought to himself. 
Soon y/n started to wake up. 
Y/n: "Ji-ah can you get me some water", she asked the nurse without opening her eyes.
Tae: " Y-y/n", as soon as he called her she opened her eyes..." The nurse went out for a while. I will get you some water", he informed her so she won't get too startled when she sees him when he gets her water.
He was about to get up but y/n spoke making him stop.
Y/n: "No need I can get it by myself.", she said bluntly.
Y/n almost got up but tae stood up immediately to get her water cause he didn't want her to get off the bed and risk it cause of him. 
Tae: "Y/n please sit down I will get it.", he said grabbing the jug and walking towards her.
But his started to spin unbearably...But he forced himself to step forward which just made him weak. He paused his action and tried to stable himself...but everything went black and he fell down with a thud.
Y/n immediately looked back and was shocked to see him on the floor unconscious.
Y/n: " Tae...Tae you're scaring me. Get up", she said while going towards him. She bent down and touched his face.
Y/n: " Gosh he is cold", she rushed to her bed and pressed the bell.
The nurse nearby rushed there. 
Y/n: "Please call for some help. He fell down all of sudden. Hurry up."
Soon some help arrived and the doctor took care of Tae.
Y/n was told to lie down on the bed for the check-up.
Doc: "Do you know how dangerous for you to bend down like that? Please be careful next time. You were shot and upon that pregnant too."
Y/n: " I'm sorry doctor. I couldn't think straight about anything when he fell unconscious."
Doc: " I understand. But please be more careful form next time."
Y/n: "Doctor how is he? Is he okay?"
Doc: " I don't know how to say this...but he is very weak right now. The other doctor is still checking up on him. I will let them update you about him"
Y/n: " Thank you, doctor. Please take care of him."
Doc: " Rest assured, We will take care of him.", He said and left the room.
.......
Doc: "Who is his guardian?", the doctor said coming out of tae's room.
" I'm here. What happened to him?", Jin who came there after knowing about tae's condition asked. 
Doc: " Right now we stabilized his condition but his sugar levels and blood pressure are too low. Even his heartbeat is low. It looks like he didn't eat for weeks. So make sure he eats something soft as soon as he wakes up.", he explained to him.
Y/n: "What? He didn't eat anything for weeks?", Y/n was on her way out with the nurse to get some fresh air and happened to hear what the doctor said
Doc: " Yes, it looks like that. So take care of him." 
Jin: "Thank you, doctor. I will take care of him."
Y/n: "Did you know he didn't eat?", She asked Jin.
Jin: " Ofc no, if I knew about it I would never let this happen."
Y/n: "Aishh this guy is literally giving me a headache."
Jin: "Don't worry too much. He will be fine." 
........
Soon tae woke up. He looked around and realized he fainted while he was in y/n's room. And the last thing he saw was.....y/n bending down. 
"What? Y/n bent down. God no.", He said while getting off the bed. 
But Jin stopped him.
Jin: "Where do you think you are going rn?"
Tae: " Hyung y/n bent down. She shouldn't do it. Is she fine? It's again because of me. How irresponsible am i. I have to check on y/n.", He said while trying to stand but his head spun making him sit back on the bed.
Jin: " You need rest tae. And y/n is all fine."
Tae: " No I don't believe you hyung. What if you're saying this to stop me from going to y/n?"
Jin: " Okay then eat this, then I will take you to y/n.", he said placing a blow of porridge in front of him.
Tae: " Hyung... I can't eat.", he said while looking away.
Jin sighed and placed the food aside. He sat next to tae and caressed his head.
Jin: " I know you don't want to eat...but don't you want to take care of y/n? Dont you want to take care of your kid? What if you faint again while taking care of them? What if something worse happens? Is it okay?", tae immediately shook his head saying no.
Tae: "Ofc it's not okay. I want to take care of them."
Jin: "Right? Then eat before we go to y/n."

Gosh...I lost my summary storyline and it's been a while since I read this ep so I wrote whatever I remember and do justice to the scene...I did my best to make it good. If there is somewhere I can improve the story comment down. Hope you guys enjoy it.
