Rory heard the alarm going off causing her to turn it off. She stood up and started heading for Alex's room before running to the bathroom. "Rory?" She heard Alex. 
"I'm okay." She says. "I think I ate something bad last night."
Alex opened the bathroom door and held her hair. She looked at him and smiled. "I'm here for you." He tells her. "Promise."
Rory laid her head against Alex's chest as he kissed her head. She smiled as she can trust Alex a bit more.

Arriving at work, she ran with Alex to work to see the new intern. "Have you learnt his name?"
"It's James." He says. "He acts like I do."
Rory rolled her eyes as they went to the changing room. James looked at Izzy as she was looking at her sister and Alex. "Alex, I promise that I'm fine with being here. Just don't worry too much. If something happens, I'll go see Dr. Bailey to see what is going on."
"Thank you." Alex says. "Let's go to work." 
Rory and Alex walked into the hall just for Alex, James, and Cristina to be sent to the clinic. Alex kissed Rory's head before he walked away. She sighed as she wasn't going to see him much. "Rory, you and Izzy are with me." 
She nodded as she stood with her sister as they watched Bailey gave post ops to Meredith causing the sisters to watch with interest. As Meredith left, they heard someone calling help to see a guy struggling to breath. "What's wrong?" She asked. 
"My damn boyfriend swallowed my keys."
"I didn't want her to leave." He says causing Rory to roll her eyes. 
"Izzy, locate the keys." 
Izzy nodded as Bailey walked away causing Rory to look at her. "And I'm left out. Why?" 
"Then you can help me."

Rory ran off and threw up. Before going to meet up with her sister before going back to the bathroom. Cristina looked and saw Rory throwing up. "Are you okay?"
"I'm not the only one. Promise me that you won't tell Alex." She says. "Please, Cristina." 
"I won't, but if this continues and I find you. We are having you take a pregnancy test." 
Rory nodded before walking away.

Izzy tried to page her sister, but she wasn't coming. She sighed as she knew her sister was somewhere's throwing up.

Looking at the paperwork, Rory laid it down to get lunch. She was hungry and the sound of food sounded good for her. Alex put his arm around her waste. "Are you feeling better?"
"Yeah." She says as they reached the counter. "Give me food."
Cristina looked at her causing Rory to give her a begging look. She grabbed her hand and dragged her away from Alex and James. "You need to do a test." 
Rory sighed as she was not thinking about a pregnancy test. "Can we just say it's the flu and go on with today." 
"No." She says. "You can't hold anything down."
Rory walked away not wanting to hear anymore causing Alex to worry about her. She never looked at him as she just wanted to be alone with her thoughts. She didn't want Alex hating her.

Rory smelt Meredith and covered her mouth. "Oh god." She said as she ran to the bathroom. 
"Rory?" Izzy says as she wondered what's going on with her sister. 
She heard Bailey and ran to her. "Bailey." She says. "Do me a huge favor, but keep this from Alex."
Meredith looked at the blonde as Bailey left with her favorite intern. Rory was afraid of this moment. The moment that she finds out that she may be pregnant.

"Where's Rory?" Meredith asked.
"I don't know."

Rory looked at the box as she read the back. She sighed as she waited for Cristina. She heard a noise and looked to see Alex. She knew he was upset over his patient dying. Instead of waiting for Cristina, she walked in. "Alex?"
"Hey."
"Can you be there when I take this?" She asked with tears in her eyes. "Please don't hate me."
Alex walked over to her and hugged her. "If you are, I'm here for you."
Rory smiled as they walked to the bathroom. Alex sat in the floor as the blonde started peeing on the test. She put the test on the sink as she pulled her pants up. She went to Alex's side and sat down crying as she was afraid. When the time was up, Alex grabbed the test and looked at it with Rory. "Oh god."
"It's okay." He says as she cried. "I'll be right here all the way through."
Rory buried her face into his chest as he held her tight. He knew that this was something she wasn't expecting, but it happened. Alex kissed her head as he promised himself that this baby will be his not that bastards.
