Once we made it back to our complex, it was around nine P.M.. We went out to get something to eat after leaving the beach. Now, I'm walking to Will's apartment with him. We split up with Courtney and Kyle when we entered the building.
We all agreed to set our alarms for six A.M. and to all meet in mine and Kyle's apartment then. Then we'd switch back, and hopefully, everything goes back to normal. I'm trusting Kyle and Courtney on this.
Will unlocks the door to his apartment and lets me walk in first. I make a beeline for the couch and fall onto it. Behind me, I hear Will laughing. "What's so funny?" I ask as I roll over.
"Your dramatic flop," he replies as he heads to his bedroom.
I quickly get up and stand in his doorway. "Can I use your shower?"
"Yeah, sure." He points down the hallway. "It's right there."
Nodding, I thank him and hurry to the bathroom. I close the door behind me and turn on the water in the shower. After undressing and checking to see if the water is warm, I step in and let the water pour over me. All the sand from the beach washes off me and my nerves relax. Kyle's attitude at the beach was almost insufferable.
I hate when he gets like that, especially when there's no need for it. Will was just joking with him. Fortunately, Kyle calmed down after we ate. Maybe he was just hungry, acting like a cranky baby.
Come to think of it, his dumb temper tantrums have gotten a lot more common. I wonder why he's been acting so weird lately. He usually tells me if something is wrong, should I ask?
While thinking, I wash my hair and then turn off the water. I step out of the shower and grab a towel. After drying off, I dust off as much sand as I can from my clothes and put them back on. It's not like I have much of a choice anyway.
I open the door and make my way to the couch. Will's door is closed and I assume he's asleep. I lie down on the couch and pull the blanket over me. These past two days have been more confusing than anything I've ever encountered.
They've taken a lot out of me and sleep is just the thing I need right now. Before I forget, I set my alarm for six A.M. and I'm asleep before my head hits the pillow.

My alarm startles me as it goes off and I rub my eyes. Will is walking out of his room, looking just as tired as I feel. "Good morning," he says, yawning.
"Morning," I respond, yawning as well.
"Ready to switch back?" He asks as he opens the door.
I feign excitement, "Absolutely. No offense to you, though."
"I get you."
Still rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, I slowly get up and walk to the door. "Thanks for being a great 'boyfriend'." I make air quotes as I say "boyfriend".
He smiles at me, "And you're not a bad 'girlfriend'."
I give him a quick peck on the cheek before stepping into the hallway. We decide to take the stairs rather than wait for the elevator. Seems like every time we use it, it gets slower. When we reach my apartment, I unlock the door and step inside, holding the door open for Will. He walks in behind me and I let go of the door.
"Hey," Kyle says to us as we enter the living room.
Smiling, I take a seat next to him. Courtney is sitting on the armchair next to the couch. "Hey guys," I finally say.
Will leans on the armchair and looks down at Courtney longingly. She looks up at him and grins, "Good to be back, babe."
"Isn't it?" Kyle asks me.
