Hafsa's POV:

I smiled when I found myself on my favourite place. This back road is beautiful and very windy which I love the most. And weirdly, very less people take this route. I wrapped my arms around myself and walked ahead. I was walking lost in my own world when I found a group of people coming in my way. Well, why will they come to me? I might be thinking stupid. I kept walking but my feet stopped when they all stopped in front of me. I looked at them with frowns who were saying something in Allah knows which language. My eyes widened when on of them pointed his gun at me. I raised my hands up looking at him with scared face. Oh Allah, what's happening? Who are they? Before I could say anything I felt a hard hit on the back of my head making me yell in pain. I held my head with both hands and looked at them who were smiling wickedly. I turned to look at the person who hit me only to find the place empty. A yelp left from my mouth when I felt a hard punch on my ribs. I fell on my knees holding the left side of my body with one hand while tears made my vision blurry. I blinked my eyes few times to clear my vision and the first thing I saw were some small stones in front of me. I sighed and picked them. I looked at them and backed away when one of the man was about to hit me with his feet. I threw the stones in their way and stood up but before I could run I heard a loud noise making me shriek. I turned to them slowly to find one of them standing with his gun pointing at the ground. I gulped fisting the my scarf in my hands and looked at them with teary eyes.

"Now that's the look I have been waiting for." I heard another guy and gulped. They took a step closer making me take a step back. They were smirking at me while I was so scared to do anything. I looked at my left from the corner of my eyes and sighed when I found my vision getting blurry. Damn. Ya Allah, help me. I closed my eyes taking a deep breath before running. I don't know where I was running to but I just know I have to save myself from these men. My breath hitched when I was pulled by someone and the person started running with me holding my hand. Oh Allah! My heart beat increased when I was pushed to the wall but it relaxed back when I inhaled his cologne. I looked at him who was looking at his left while keeping his palm on my mouth. After some time he turned to me and caressed my cheek making me close my eyes.

"Ahad." I whispered with closed and felt him placing my head on his shoulder. I wrapped my arms around him and pinched my eyes tightly when I felt a sharp pain on my left rib. Oh Allah. I hope it's not broken. And that was the last thing I thought before losing my conscious.

                       *********
I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. My lips smiled lightly finding Ammi and Abbu sitting on each side. Ammi looked towards me and released a breath while closing her eyes.

"You scared us, baccha." Ammi said caressing my head and I smiled. I turned to my left and smiled at Abbu who was still looking at me with straight face. Allah Allah. When will he start showing his emotions?

"I'm fine. Relax both of you." I said holding their hands and they sighed looking at each other.

"We'll go now and send Ahad." Ammi said getting up from the bed and I looked at her. She placed a kiss on my head making me close my eyes. They walked towards the door but my brows frowned when Abbu stopped. He walked back towards me and made me shock by placing his lips on my forehead. I closed my eyes inhaling his warmth deep inside my soul.

"Stop giving us worries." My eyes teared up hearing his whisper and lips smiled. I smiled with closed eyes while a tear rolled down from my left eye when I felt something wet on my cheek. I opened my eyes after sometime when I felt a hand caressing my head.

"Ahad." He smiled hearing me.

"How are you feeling? Your Abbu showed his affection after a long time." He said smiling at me and I chuckled lightly.
