(Thought it was funny so I'm sharing it. Not mine.)
Kirishima's POV...
Well, we're on our way to the next town! This one is much closer to the Temple. So, we have to be very cautious. The closer towns have more guards on edge. Speaking of on edge...
Occasionally, you'll be blessed with hearing Katsuki growl at posters. I mean- like demon growl. It's terrifying! We've definitely gotten stares. He is really fucked up right now... I'm worried he may give us away!
"Hey Kat? Maybe growling like a demon in public isn't a good idea." I suggest nervously. He turns to me with a scowl, sigh, and then a silent nod. Yeah... he's not coping well.
Ever since that night at the inn, he's been angry, impatient. He's still him- just more anxious. I think he may actually feel Izuku? He keeps looking around in almost panic. Like he can feel something nearby that he wants. But of course, nothing is there. The whole group is worried now. This is getting scarier by the day. I mean, I get it. The love of your life is being tortured and people everywhere are treating it like a tourist attraction. Of course you'd be impatient. They're suffering! But... sometimes you need a cool head...
"Hey! Come see the play about the legend of the two swords! Witness the demon battle the angel! The tale of pure hate!" A man yells holding posters.
"Yeah... pure hate for our love." Katsuki grumbles to himself. Yeah, it is tiring to keep hearing the "hatred" between the demon and angel. Now that I know the truth? This is honestly offensive on so many levels. It happened thousands of years ago. How the Hell do WE know what happened? Stories get twisted with each time they're told. But also, it was twisted around in the first place! This isn't good.
"Hey, aren't we supposed to be preaching, too?" I ask.
"How the Hell do we preach without drawing attention to Katsuki being the demon?" Uraraka asks.
"A play?? "A different take on the legend of the two swords! Come see how it may have actually happened!" I explain.
"With what cast?" Uraraka points out. Oh shit. We have four members... yikes. "We could maybe have a casting call?" Mina suggests. "But uh, also. There are some people who know the truth right? So... doesn't that mean if someone comes to see it, they'll know we know something? Maybe twist it slightly. Like it started with hatred but turned into love!"
"I swear to fucking God, if I have to kiss someone, I'm not participating. I'm not cheating on my mate." Kat crosses his arms. "It's acting!!" Mina protests. "Nope. Not kissing. Maybe a fake-no-lip-touching kiss, but that's it."
"Fair enough."
Next thing we know... we're planning a play. And... WHY IS IT SO HARD?! WE HAVE THE WHOLE STORY BUT NOW WE HAVE TO WRITE IT DOWN IN SOME POETIC WAY!!! HOW IS KICKING A PREGNANT ANGEL POETIC?!?! Luckily, we have Mina. Uraraka has her magic we can use for special effects. Katsuki is tall and has strength that can help with the set. But uh... what do I do? We also have to do roles. Only one is planned. Me. As the demon Katsuki. What? It has to be fake feeling! Kat refuses to play Izuku though. And I can see why.
"UGH IT'S NO USE!! KAT HAS TO BE KAT!!" I yell. "EVERYONE ELSE IS HUMAN OR ANGEL AND IT'LL BE WEIRD IF WE DON'T CAST THE DRAGON MUTANT AS THE DEMON!!" I freak out.
"FINE! I'll play myself! But it's your fault if we get caught!!" Kat yells back. "But I think a girl should play Izu. He's kinda feminine shaped." He suggests after.
"Okay... Uraraka? You wanna play that role?" She looks at me in shock. "The... starring role?" I nod nervously, preparing for some sort of freak out. "FUCK YEAH!!!" She yells and jumps around in excitement. Yup. Freak out.
"Now, I can play a guard? WAIT!! Uraraka is a witch! If she plays the wizard, it'd make sense. But... UGH NEVERMIND!!!" I'm too stressed from thinking. My brain hurts.
"ALRIGHT! I'M TAKING OVER!!" Mina rushes to kick me out of my chair and sit there instead. "Jerk..." I mutter on the floor. "So, Kat is Kat, Uraraka is Izu, and I'll be a demon! Kiri will be the Wizard! Now all we need is extras to play the other guards and we'll be good!!"
"No." The man says bluntly. "A new version of the Legend of the Two Swords? A love story? No one wants to see that."
"I would!" A random guy in the background yells, apologizes, and runs off. "See?" Mina smirks.
"Fine. Only one showing. You get no one? Too bad. No other chances." The man groans and face palms. "And it'll cost your own money for the set. I'm not wasting money on this." Welp, that worked out. Thanks random background guy!
"WE NEED DEMON AND ANGEL GUARDS!!" I yell holding out posters. This is so weird. Some people are walking past and laughing. But, surprisingly, there are a few people who were interested in the idea, some did take the flyers. And now some people are talking about it. Both good and bad. AKA, people will want to either see it for how bad it is or see it for interest! EITHER WAY THEY'LL SEE IT!!"
By the time it's sunset, I have handed out all the flyers. That was fast!! People love the story! So a change in the story might be just what people need! They hear the same thing over and over again. They must be bored right?"
In the end, we have the cast we need! Now the set! We decided to set it in the human world since back then angels and demons would actually visit the humans a lot. So, this should be a good middle ground... literally.
I turn to Kat who looks frustrated. "I'm not good at acting." He grumbles. "We'll rehearse, dummy! All you gotta do is BE KATSUKI! But realistic to what was going on!" He groans in response. This will be great! Telling the REAL story! I can't wait!!!

It's like 5AM and I can't sleep so I decided to write... Wow. I'm just on a roll with this story. I will probably slow down at some point. But until then, enjoy the constant updates!!
