Uo chopped kyo right on in the forehead, making him lean back. He fell to the ground holding his head and groaning. How much did you grow over the damn break. Uo shouted while star laughed and pointed at kyo. Tohru knelt to the ground. Sorry. She, well, she gets worked up. Tohru says with a closed eye smile. You people shoot up overnight like weeds. Uo says angrly. You're not exactly short, arisa. Hana says. I won't be satisfied until i'm 5'11! Uo says. Ah, yes, the familiar sounds of a new term starting. A male student said with his arm's crossed. Welcome back, everyone. A male student said. The break obviously didn't do much for you in the femininity department. Maybe you should just give up. Kyo said smirking at uo with an urk mark on his head. Heh. yeah, maybe i will. What's the point in trying, anyway? Can't even get one man to give me a second look. Uo says. Star scoots next to hana. Uh is she okay? Star asked while tohru nodded her head. Okay? No, not even close. Her special friend from the convenience store had failed to make another appearance. You can see it, plain as day. The aura of a woman desperately in love. Hana explained. Uo sat in a dark arua mumbling to her self angrily. Yeah. now that you mention it, she does seem pretty upset. Tohru says. Definitely upset. Star agrees. Indeed. It's hard to watch. Hana says. Kyo stands up. That's funny. Never thought i'd see you getting flustered over someone. Kyo says with a smirk. Huh. interesting. That you would say something like that. Hana says. Uh. what's that mean? Kyo asked in a scared tone. Star side glanced at him with her arms crossed. Hana looked at him then turned and chuckled. Wait, hold on! You didn't read my mind, did you? Kyo asked in a worried tone. My waves don't give me the ability to read minds. I just remembered something amusing. Probably best if we leave it at that. Hana says. Star looked between the two of them confused. Did you or not?! Kyo asked. 
Later that day
Star walked into the student council room seeing a girl punch the dude in the side as she said "shut up and mind your own business. In a dark tone. Oh ms. takashi you made it? Yuki asked. Yeah no lesson at masters for me today. And my fanboys let me go early. I'm not the best vice president am i? Star said scratching the back of her head. No it's okay. Yuki said. The boy the girl punched fell over with sparkles next to his head. The younger classmen yelled at the girl for calling him short stack. Deep or shallow? Friendly or hostile? They've got too many personalities to keep track of. I don't understand these people. The only one i understand is ms. takashi. And if i don't understand them, . then how in the world am i supposed to lead them? Yuki asked in his mind. He felt a nudge making him look over at star who was staring at the members with a soft smile on her face. Hey, prez. Wanna give us an inspiring word or two?  Manabe asked. Star rocked on her heels then went and sat down smiling at yuki. That's right. I made a promise. Time to keep it. Yuki clenched his fists. Hello, everyone. Welcome. I'm glad you're here. As members of the student council, we have many important duties,and we'll have to work together to fulfill them all. I promised myself, no matter what, i wouldn't run anymore. I'm not perfect, and i won't pretend to be. The truth is, i still have a lot to learn. But i swear, i'll work hard. And i'm hoping... i can count on all of you to work with me. Yuki said as his fist shook. Star went from a smile to a worried expression seeing him shake. Sure thing! Manabe says. Yuki looks over at him. Manabe chuckled giving a cheeky closes eye smile. All right! Manabe says. Good work president! Star said winking and giving a thumbs up to yuki. Yuki smiled at star. You heard the man, guys. We're all in this together. Go team. Manabe said. Were together? So, you're actually gonna pull your weight, then? Sakuragi asked. Come on, what're you talking about? Manbe asked. 
Well its not only manbe i haven't been pulling my weight as Vice President if you'd like to go ahead and scold me too i deserve it. Star said bowing. 
N-no princess star d-don't apologize we g-get y-your busy! Sakuragi stuttered. Star grabbed his hands as flowers appeared around them. Thank you for being such a sweetie. I'll make sure to do my duties from now on! Here's a gift for your troubles. Star said the kissed him on the cheek. His face went red as he held his cheek as star pulled away smiling at him. She put her pointer finger up to her lips. Don't tell the other boys mkay. This is our little secret. Star said, winking. Sakuragi nodded his head understanding. I like your style vice prez. You'll see we're gonna work out butts off. Manabe said. Then a couple minutes later he fell asleep on the table. That is not working! Star and naohito said in unison, irritated. Here we go. Yuki says. 
After the bell tolls the meeting ends.
Star walks with yuki holding his arm like they always do. To put it nicely, this year's student council members have... challenging personalities. Yuki said as he kept his eyes forward. Girls and boys gawked at them as they walked down the hall. You got that right. I can't even keep up with them. But definitely go through them one by one. I don't rember their names. Star said, sighing. Secretary kimi todo, a second year, appears to enjoy instigating conflict. Yuki says. Right, a girl who's definitely gonna get on my nerves. I can tell she was trying to figure out my flaws as princess. Continue. Right. Secretary Naohito Sakuragi, first year, is more than a little high-strung. Yuki says. Well Naohito is cool. I like his personality. And he's a little cutie. Anyways and treasurer machi kuragi, a first year, looks at the floor most of the time and barely ever speaks. Yuki says as they arrive at the garden. Yeah you're definitely right. I tried to talk to her but she ignored me and stared at the ground. Star said, sighing. She let go of Yuki's arm as they kneeled down to look at the flowers. The flowers are blooming beautifully. Yuki says. Yes, I agree. Star says as she smells the flowers. Thank you. It hasn't been easy. We're short on members, but we're doing the best that we can. The girl from the club says. Well, i can tell you're working hard. Star nodded her head with agreement. I'll try to come back by and help you out, once my rounds are done. Yuki says. Wow. you'd really do that? One of the other girls asks. Sure. it probably won't be until late in the afternoon, though, okay? Yuki asks as he held out his arm for star to take. As she took it the girls stopped them. Um president and Vice President. Sorry, but... do you think you could do something about... him? The girl asked. Star sighed. But unquestionably, runner up vice president Kakeru Manabe, a second year, is the most challenging of them all. Star sighs letting go of Yuki's arm. You take care of this yeah? Star asked with arms behind her back. Sure you continue your stuff so you can head home and start dinner. Yep, I will see you yuki. Star said, kissing his cheek then skipping off.
