It's now been a week and the Severide family is back in Chicago..
"Mom" Shaylnn yelled.
"Yea" Stella yelled back.
Shaylynn came running down the stairs crying.
"Hey,what's wrong" Stella asked.
"I started that thing" Shaylnn said crying.
"Period" Stella asked quietly so the boys didn't hear her.
"Mhm" Shay said crying.
"Ok,go take a shower I'm going to run to the store and get you pads and some chocolate." Stella said.
Shaylnn then went back upstairs and got some pjs and a towel.
"Where are you going" Kelly asked coming out of their bedroom.
"Shay started her girl thing so I'm running to the store" Stella said and then gave Kelly a quick kiss.
"Ok,drive safe" Kelly said.
Shay started the shower water and just started crying.
Shay then called her best friend.Her best friend since she was born.
"Hey Shay" Tay said.
"Hey" Shay said crying.
"Hey,what's wrong" Taylor asked.
"I'm freaking out" Shay said.
"Why" Tay asked.
"I started it" Shay said and then just started breaking down.
She had no older sisters,she had only an older brother.And like guys are,they don't really understand what periods are or what women go through when on periods.But she had Taylor like a sister..
Taylor recently lost her mom and oldest sister in a fatal accident last in December just weeks before Christmas.A drunk driver hit them head on and caused their car to land in a ditch after flipping several times.Taylor's mom,Nicole,had the worst injuries.She had a broken skull,broken ribs,multiple cuts all over her body and her lungs were crushed.She was still alive when paramedics got to the scene but on the way to the hospital her heart stop beating.Taylor's sister, Harper,had a brain bleed and several broken bones.She lost her life after 2 days in the hospital.
Ever since her mom and sister passed away,Taylor's life hasn't been going so well.She gets bullied a lot at school for what happened to her mom and sister,she gets bullied for her looks and you name it.And her father doesn't help,he has been drinking and doing a lot of bad things after losing his wife of 24 years and his oldest daughter.But Shaylnn is the reason Taylor is still alive.And Taylor now doesn't have any blood siblings but Shay is like a sister to her,even before her mom and sister died Shay was still like a sister to Taylor..
"Honey,I'm home" Stella yelled.
"Up here" Shay yelled from her room.
Stella went upstairs and explained everything to Shay.
a few hours later..
Shay was watching tv while everyone else was outside.That's when she heard the door bell ring.
"Ugh" Shay said "I got it" 
"Taylor?!" Shay said seeing her best friend in bad shape. "What happened" 
"My dad got really drunk came home,he then came in my room and just started beating me up.It wasn't like before,it was worse I swear" Taylor said crying in pain.
