Yeah, this is the final chapter for obvious reasons.

I really don't have motivation for this story anymore and I feel bad for the people that enjoy it- but it will be easier if I just end the story instead of procrastinating🥲🙏🏻

Things continued like nothing had happened with dreams mom...

but George could clearly tell how upset dream has been- I guess it has been bothering Dream all week.

"Your alright...?" George held his duffel bag, glancing over at the blonde- seeing him slouched against the couch.
"You haven't came to the rink at all with me.. and your coach is getting worried" he frowned, tilting his head to the side.
"I miss you"

"Sorry, I just haven't been feeling up to it recently.." Dream shrugged, leaning back.
"You can go, I'll clean up here." He mumbled quietly.
"Everything is a mess.. and I need to clean it."

George placed his bag down, walking over to the blonde to see what was wrong.... He wanted to help.
"What's wrong...?" He spoke softly, sitting down next to dream.
"You been upset all week and I'm really worried about you."

"I'm sorry- it's just- My moms been messaging all week and apologizing and I just..... it sucks... i don't know what to say." Dream crossed his arms, frowning faintly.
"I feel bad- so I haven't messaged back." He stared at his shut off phone... he was terrified to talk to her.

"Well- you probably should message her back." George rolled his eyes, nudging dreams side.
"She's your mom after all and you only get one." He smiled, placing a soft kiss on dreams cheek.
"You know We could go out and have coffee- just the three of us and talk things out."

He wanted the nicer option and try to talk things out with dreams mom instead of them just.. not talking at all.

"I don't know.." Dream mumbled under his breath.
"I don't think it's a good idea with you meeting my mom again..." he glanced at the brunette.
"I don't want her say nasty comments about you.... Again"

"You know She won't again." George rested his hand on dreams.
"She will respect you- she's your mom... and you saw how guilty she looked when you talked to her." He wanted Dream to be okay- even if it meant talking his feelings out with his mom.
"You know she wouldn't after that."

"I guess.. we can try." Dream pulled out his phone, hesitant to turn it on and open his contacts.
"What do I even say??" He gripped his phone, sighing quietly.
"She's probably upset with me for ignoring her."

"Ask her if she would like to meet up for lunch." George glanced around, trying to think for a few moments- oh!
"Oh! We should meet up at that cafe where we got hot chocolate from when we met!" He quickly looked over at Dream, having a happy look.
"What do you think..? It sounds nice."

"That would be nice." Dream nodded, looking over at George.
"I enjoyed that night... a lot." He smiled, feeling that sense of first love from that night.
"We could go to the rink afterwards- were we officially met you know?"

"Yeah! And skate around like we did when we first met!" George remembered that night so clearly- well- how could he not?! Dream crashed into him!
"Oh my god- And remember that stupid waitress when we got sushi" he softly giggled.
"God she was so pissed."

"Yeah..Those are the memories.." Dream stared up at the ceiling with the happiest look.
"Who knew that I got a chance with the prettiest boy in the world." He looked down at his phone, feeling a sudden boost of confidence to message his mom.

"Because the biggest goof in the world crashed into me!" George broke out laughing, remembering how worried Dream was when he did crash into him... he probably thought he was going to blow up with anger in his face.
"You weren't watching where you were going-and skated to the only other person in the rink" he tried to calm himself down, rubbing his tears of laughter away.
