Shé Famei's and Sister Xuetu's guide to act part II : compliment your enemies suddenly and humble yourself, trying to get into their good graces. If act I fails where logic doesn't work, then use this act to try and get your enemies flustered and embarrassed instead. In that moment of weakness, attack them with verbal words that could strike their minds and heart. Do not feel the embarrassment yourself, be brave and bury the part of you that cringes. 
"Hey !. Are you ignoring me?. Why haven't you said anything yet?. I didn't even do anything to you, were you afraid? *snickers*."
"*gasps, acts surprised* Oh my, my lady please forgive me. I was just...."
"What? You were just what ?. Were you so scared that you just daydreamed in front of me-"
"*gasps* How did you know I just daydreamed about you my lady??!!."
"You what???."
"*approaches the lady excitedly, making the lady startled* Oh goodness what I thought was right. My dear lady, you look really beautiful !."
"*flustered* W-what are you up to-"
"*clasps the noble lady's hand* Oh my god, your hands are so soft. Your skin is so smooth and fair. I'm really jealous my lady. *looks to her hair* Oh goodness that hair pin looks great on you my lady. The purple coral hair pin looks astonishing on your dark silky hair. It emphasizes your intricate hair beautifully."
"*blushes* W-what-"
"And- aiyaa~ how cute and beautiful your eyebrows are !. I've seen many ladies paint their eyebrows in a Phoenix shape, but you choose to do out of the ordinary and make them in an arched shape. It suits your complexion well. Oh *gasps* the purplish huadian rouge that you're wearing, where did you get it ?. It's so rare to see people wearing purple huadian rouge here, but the one that's painted on your forehead is very gorgeous."
"Please do tell, did you purchase a huadian stamp to make it or did you have someone paint it for you ?.*eyes glittering with excitement*"
"I... That*blush*, I hand painted it myself."
"Oh dear really? What talented hands you have my lady !."
Really, at first Shé Baihua wanted to only act flattering. But once she noticed this lady's fashion sense, she fangirled for real from the bottom of her heart. People here rarely wore anything remotely purple, because purple is usually reserved for the Royal Family and nobles. So whenever she saw someone wearing purple so boldly in the middle of the day, she can conclude that they are a very high ranking person or was of demon descent. Though there are some exceptions like brother Chéngzi who wore a purple robe because he's a foreigner. 
So this poor noble lady over here, who was now a blushing mess, she didn't know that what she wore really made Shé Baihua's day. The onlookers who only saw what happened was confused that things ended up this way, where even the poor man and the arrogant guard was forgotten. But perhaps... It's a good thing?. Uh, they meant there was no one hurt and things got resolved successfully by the girls talking- no, one of the girls basically flirting with the other. 
But.... Somehow, the people here thought that what they're seeing was a beautiful sight. This... Is this the beauty of GL?. 
Meanwhile Chéngzi who was formerly worried in the crowd, now couldn't help but try his best to held his laughter. He was really trying so hard, that he had to go to the nearest wall and bang his fist onto it.
