Principal Bump thought today was going to be a calm day and stress-free day. He was able to get his morning coffee and donut, the oracle teacher told him only two students have taken time off from a massive vision, and finally, he was sitting in his comfortable chair in his office about to look through this month's reports when a familiar feeling a dread enveloped his body.

'That's strange' He thought, 'I haven't felt this sense of dread since...'

*BAM!!*

"Ooooooh Bumpy!!"

No...

Dear Titan no...

Anything but this!

Principal Bump was face to face with the one student he never wanted to see in his hallowed halls again. The same student who almost destroyed the school on a weekly bases from abominations overrunning the school to massive explosions in the potion labs.

Edalyn Clawthrone, the worst yet brightest student Hexside has ever seen.

But she looked so different from the scraggly witchling he remembered. Instead of the wild mane of orange hair, a massive mane of gray was there instead. Her skin was not sun kiss tan anymore instead it was a bit on the paler side but her muscles were still there, but what really took me for a loop were her eyes.

The once carefree and stress-free amber eyes that he was accustomed to with a glint of mischievousness.

Were now darkened slightly as if she had seen so much in the few decades yet there was a spark of some sort in them. Something she wanted to protect.

"Edalyn, do you not know how to knock?" He says in a monotone voice.

She closes the door behind her and sits in the available chair in front of the desk. He waited for her to prop her feet up on the desk but it never happened. Instead, she just crossed her arms and gave him her signature smile.

"Nope sorry, Bumpykins but I'm not here to walk down memory lane. I...I need some help and some advice."

Bump's eyes widen as he heard the words he never thought that the youngest Clawthorne would ask.

"Eda, what's wrong?"

She gave him a sad smile and without answering Bump, she pulls out a small picture from her massive mane of gray hair. She gently hands it to him and his eyes widen more at what the picture holds.

In the picture he see two children, one of a small demon toddler that was covered from head to toe in leaves and dirt but had the biggest smile ever. The other child though was what got his attention.

The other child looked somewhere between eleven or twelve but her body was too skinny for that to be healthy. Reddish-brown eyes that were filled with happiness and innocents yet also held deep sadness. She was smiling cheerfully in the picture as she too was covered in leave and dirt next to her littler brother as Eda held the two in her arms.

"Eda, you have children?"

She snorts and as Bump handed back the photo. She smiled sadly at it for a moment and spoke.

"King is the little demon boy and also a little shit when he tries to get more sweets. He turns eight this year." Her eyes harden as he sees her cast a magic spell circle, locking the door with powerful magic and sound proofing the room.

"The other child is my daughter Luz. And before you get on me for her malnourished body. I didn't do that to her, her realm did..."

"Her realm? But that would mean...Eda did you steal a human child!?"
