~a week or so later~
(nick's P.O.V)
clay is hanging out with me,and we're just doing some shopping when clay stops me,and he looks at a shop,more specifically,a jewellery shop.
n: why are we stopping here?
c: let's go in here,i need to get something
so we both walk in,and i decide to look around and a worker comes up to me.
worker: hello! are you looking for anything in particular today?
n: not really,i'm just here with my friend
the worker smiles and walks off,going to see if the other customers need assistance,and eventually clay leaves and i obviously ask what he got,like a curious person and he ignores me-
n: oi,what'd you get?
c: it ain't for you,it doesn't matter idiot
n: you realise i'm not gonna shut up until i see
clay then sighs as he hands me the bag,and i grin,him clearly annoyed. i look into the bag and i pull out a ring box,and i look at clay,not processing what's happened.
n: a ring??
c: i'm thinking of proposing to george- i've had the idea for a while now
n: really?? i'm so happy for you!
clay rolls his eyes as a joke,and takes back the bag.
~when they get to clay's house~
(3rd person P.O.V)
c: hey nick,could you help me with the proposal?
n: i never thought you would ask me! *jokingly*
c: just shush,all i want you to do is..
~with george and nick later~
george,nick,karl and clay are eating at a restaurant, and of course karl is in on this proposal thing aswell, and the restaurant is a nice one,and the 4 are on a double date,little did george know,this would be a really special night for him.
n: karl, you know you mean a lot to me,and i love everything about you,your smile,your laugh,it just makes my day
g: wait what is happening??-
n: *gets down on one knee,and everyone looks at their table* (oO) karl,*takes out a ring* will you do the honour of taking this ring-
g: that's a long way of asking to proposing?
n: and will you marry me with this fake ring?
karl giggles as he looks over at george,who is clearly confused,and as george looks over to clay,and sees him on one knee,with the real ring,and nick gets up,laughing slightly.
g: w-what's happening?!
c: you're really clueless arent you?
nick and karl watch as george is lost for words,and most of the restaurant is still watching,and clay is smiling,the ring box open.
