A day has passed since you handed the tome over to Nightmare and all had been well. Nightmare had insisted that he have a few days to look over the book and its contents, which you allowed.

Even though the recent circumstances you always found yourself in were worrying, you were surprisingly calm throughout it all. Well- now you were calm.

Something about the paranoia of Nightmare finding the tome worried you to no end, but now that it was all done? You felt a lot better... And instead of going about your usual day walking on eggshells, you came to a realisation.

You had practically tied up any loose ends you had been stressing about since all of this began. While you weren't particularly happy with how things turned out, having to share the tome and all, it was manageable at the very least.

So while everybody went about their days, like you, restricted to this manor but them by Nightmare's orders, you had been getting some much-deserved rest.

Even with how much you began to dread the silence over the years, even you had to admit it was very nice. For the first night in your life, you had woken up without some freaky dream, just peaceful silence.

When you had awoken, you felt refreshed. It was as if you had been given new life. What was this feeling? Were you happy? Satisfied? You had no clue, but all you knew was that it felt amazing.

Since you had no overall plan of how you wanted to spend your day, you figured you could go to the living room and see who was there. After flying through a couple of stories and walls, you poked your head through the living room wall to find Dust watching the television.

"Hm? Oh hey Y/N." Dust greeted, ushering you over to sit by the nod of his head, you wordlessly accepted and took your place beside him.

Dust had sat with one leg crossed over the other, mindlessly flicking through tv channels.

"What are you up to?" You asked, watching the few seconds of the tv before it flicked to something else.

"Eh, not much right now. I'm just waitin' for Horror to come back so we can play some games." Dust replied, eyes still watching the tv.

"Games?" You repeated back to him as a question. You had seen the boys play some games occasionally. There were a few you liked but some of the ones the boys played were far too violent for your liking...

Before Dust had the chance to answer you, something on the TV caught his eye.

"Holy shit-" Dust exclaimed. You couldn't tell if his sudden swear had been from either amusement, worry, or fear. It was tough to tell sometimes...

"HEY, HORROR!" Dust yelled out at the top of his lungs, startling you, "WE'RE ON THE NEWS."

Horror mustn't've heard Dust, seeing as he never arrived.

You turned your attention to the tv, watching as the news reporter played footage of Dust, Horror, and Killer taking things from a place you didn't recognise.

"What's this about?" You asked, gesturing toward the tv.

"Oh right- all the stuff we brought back was from this place." Dust pointing to the TV

"It's called a shopping plaza."

"Shopping? What kind of things do they sell?" You asked. Something about shopping felt familiar to you, did you go shopping much back when you were alive?

"Oh, all kinds of stuff. A plaza or mall is just a really big building filled with loads of shops, each shop sells different things." Dust explained.

"I see..."
