Remi had gotten so into a game she'd been playing she lost track of time. It startled her when Tig came home from work. She apologized for not having dinner ready and that she'd got wrapped up in work. He just laughed and said it was no problem, they could order in that night. He told her it was up to her what they ate and that he was going to take a shower to clean up first. She looked through their take-out menu's and decided on pizza. She put in their order and go her money ready before logging out of the game she'd been playing and set her laptop aside. Remi was in the kitchen refilling her glass with tea while he was showering. 
Soon there was a knock at the door. Their dinner had arrived just as Tig was emerging from the bedroom. She already had plates and napkins set out as well as a bottle of beer for him. He kissed her cheek before sitting down and grabbing a couple slices then turning his attention to the show on TV she hadn't really been paying attention to as she played her game. The silence was comfortable as they ate dinner together. Once she had her fill, she took her trash to the kitchen and headed into the bedroom. He locked up, put up the leftovers up, shut all the lights off, and followed his wife. She was getting changed for bed making him smile. He walked over and slid his arms around her waist making her stop what she was doing.

A few months went by and Massika noticed her daughter seemed to be a bit larger than a woman her size should be and wondered if she were having multiples. They did seem to run in the family! Elise always felt like she was a whale once she really started showing. It seemed to her she was showing sooner than most other pregnant ladies and she was bigger than them. Her husband always assured her he thought she the most beautiful woman in the world making her smile shyly at him. While she was pregnant, he helped more around the house and helped cook several nights a week. Elise wanted to work through her pregnancy which Chibs wasn't going to stop her from doing. 
To his delight, the day finally came when they were getting to find out what the sex of their baby was. Gemma laughed and gave the Scotsman the afternoon off so he could be with his 'ol lady. Elise was grateful that Gemma had let him come. She didn't want him missing this important milestone in their pregnancy. He had to drive her in her car since she couldn't ride on his bike. Once she'd checked in, she had a seat next to him. Some of the other patrons were giving her odd looks so she rested her hand on his knee with a smirk. He draped his arm over her shoulder as they waited their turn to see the technician. 
She was nervous as they waited. What were they having? Was it healthy? The other mothers sitting around the waiting room didn't seem to be as big as she was. Was this normal with your first pregnancy? Finally after more than half an hour of waiting they were taken back. The technician introduced herself and helped Elise get settled on the exam table. She had to pull her top all the way to just under her breasts. Chibs stood there and watched the technician pour some cold, clear gel over his wife's stomach. The transducer wand was put on her stomach and immediately they could see their baby for the first time. Elise looked over at her husband with a smile.
"Oh my god, babe! Look at that!" She gushed making him chuckle.
"Can you tell what it is?" Chibs questioned the technician.
"We'll see if we can find out before the session is over if the little one here is cooperative. Oh my." The tech stated.
"What? What's wrong?" Elise immediately inquired.
"You see this right here? (Both said yes) Well that's an extra arm. And over here is another leg. It seems you're having twins." The tech told the pair making Elise gasp.
"Filip...I..."
"We'll handle this together. Multiples run in your family, it's ok." He told her as he grabbed her hand and gave it a squeeze.
