12. Nature Life Cafe Worker

                                    

                                          
Recently:
Its finally 7:00 in the morning and our shift will start from here. I walked to the door to open it. After I open the door, I saw a familiar figure, standing in front of the cafe's door. I let out a "SQUEAK!!" because of how shocked I was. When I look up to his face, I saw it was Muzan... 
Tanjiro pov:
When I saw his face that close to mine, I blush really hard and quickly back up a bit and turn to face the other side. Then I question him "WTH MUZAN?! YOU SCARED ME! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE RIGHT NOW?!". Then he answered "I'm here cause I want to talk to Hannah a bit. Beside, she's the one who called me here.". "Oh, ok then, to ou can come in now since this cafe has already opened." I said in response. As I said that, he walked in, leaving me alone at the front cafe's door. After his figure get out of my side, I walked inside to set the song playlist for the cafe. 
Muzan pov:
After I walked in, Hannah saw me and greeted me "Welcome to our cafe Muzan! Sorry I didn't notice you earlier!". "It's ok Hannah. You didn't do anything wrong. Oh and, why did you call me here? What do you want to talk about with me?" I ask her. She then said "Well, it's a very long and serious story cause this is about our family's secret so, I hope you don't tell any else...". The I answer "It's ok, just tell me what do you want to say."

After she explained everything, I was shocked hearing that news as so am I, I'm one of the family too... Is it really true that our family is... DEAD...
"I'm sure it's hard to believe but, it is the truth... Hope I don't break your hear-" "No, it's ok. At least I'm finally free from this cruel world." I said. She the question me "Really? I thought you're the cruel one in the world~". "H-Hey! I'm not ok!" I shouted at her while my face is looking red as an apple. She then said "Yeah, yeah! You're not, but I think you're being sarcastic!". "NO I'M NOT!!" I keep on shouting at her like there's no tomorrow.

Hannah pov:
After that argument, he walked out of the cafe to go help father with his, 'Animatronic fixing'. Well, how I know? Because father just call him to help in the basement.
And after that, I quickly go to the counter because there's a costumer walked in to order something. But, will he keep the secret between our family? 'Don't worry, you know him Hannah, he's a secret keeper...' I thought to myself.

It's already 2:58 pm, and then someone walked into our cafe. In that case, I might or might not notice the figure, until the person arived to the counter. When I looked up, I saw a person wearing like a witch hat, a brownish white color with white stripes and is holding a big spoon. Then I realized, it was Latte Cookie! 
"Hi Latte! Sorry, I didn't notice you earlier, y'know, busy as always!" I greeted her. She answered "It's ok dear! I'm busy too! But I managed to come here to hang out with you!". Then I ask her "Oh, ok! Anything you want to order?". "A Caramelized Latte, please!" she answered.

After I'm done with her order, we walked to a table and chat together. "So, how's Espresso?" I ask her. She then answered "Busy as always. I'm kind of worry about him cause he didn't get much sleep for three days now...". "It's ok Latte! Y'know he's a strong boy right?" I said in order to make her happy again. "Well, you're not wrong, but wait till he heard what you just said..." she said. Then I said again "Yea, he doesn't likes it when people call him a 'BOY'". "Yea you're right" Latte said again. We then shared a laugh at the remark. 
Then we heard a phone ringing. Latte then check her phone at the remark. As she's checking her phone, she said "Well, I gotta go now. See ya later!" she then walked out of the cafe. "See ya Latte!" I said to her.

Tanjiro pov:
It is almost 8:00 pm, so we finally clean the whole cafe. Our shift has finally over today. I sigh in relief because of my tiredness. After we're done cleaning, we then turn off the lights and then I close the door after Hannah got out of the cafe. After I locked the door, Hannah stretched out and say "Wow! What a pretty tiring day, isn't it?". Then I answer "Yea, at least we have some fun during the shift". "Well then, let's get back home and get some rest, ok?!" she said. Then I say to her while walking "Yea, lets get back home now...".

After we arrived home, I said goodnight to Hannah and then walked upstairs to my room. When I walked into my room, I close the door and then jump on the bed. I sigh in tiredness, knowing that I have another shift tomorrow, AGAIN. After 5 minutes resting my body on my bed, I got up and grab my towel and then walked into the bathroom.

After I take a shower, I walked to my wardrobe to grab my clothes. After I'm done changing, I walked to my bed and then I let my body fall on it. But when I think back, I wonder, 'Why do I always feel ok around Muzan whenever we're in public? Why do I always feel like he's not my enemy whenever I'm around him? Ugh just, forget about it Tanjiro...' I thought to myself. After that, I started feeling sleepy and then got drove to sleep.
